Courteous staff and room quietness

Would of been nicer if had microwave in rooms versys coming all the way down to front

Very nice hotel/property

We were a but hesitant because of the previous reviews about the car nap incidents. But the place is clean, quiet and accessible with most of your needs.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Will be using them for all of our Houston stays.

Checked into room that hadn't been cleaned, towels on the floor, bed wasn't made . Thrash hadnt been empty. Call the front desk and they switch me to another room.

We love the quiet rooms and the bed was so comfy.

I like its convenience to I-10, local shopping and restaurants without having to go into Houston.

Nothing fancy, nothing shabby. Just a normal midrange hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable.

Room is clean but furniture is old. No microwave oven in room though there is a small on in the lobby. Breakfast is average, supply is slow/lagging. staff attitude can be improved (front desk).

The staff was extremely kind, helpful and friendly!

No elevator, stairs as far away from room as could possibly be. Worn-out furniture, dirty carpets, next to no water pressure in shower.

It was fine. Could use less scratchy sheets.

I had a slight problem with my reservation checking in, but the Guest Services Manager went out of her way to solve my problem. She was very friendly and helpful.

The place was dirty no soap to wash your hands and the sheets on the bed were stained which was gross and the there was damage to the bathroom door and the sink also the cellong was peeling and look like it was leaking since it was the top floor
