Costumer service I'll give 4 star

Old room, bed not comfortable, hotel full of hockey kids - no heads up given and they were yelling in the halls. Breakfast was marginal, lack of choices and items not replenished.

The front desk staff made me feel like a criminal, the hotel smelled awful and we had to switch rooms as our first room smelled like cigarettes.

Staff at check in was fine but issues with a non working remote were not solved and there was no heat our second night.

The place felt musty when you booked into the front desk. Also, the toilet was filled with black mold and not very sanitary looking.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was too disgusting and unclean. It was a one night stay after a long road trip, and we couldn’t even shower because the bathroom was so disgusting. The bathtub was moldy and filled with grime. The shower curtain was so dirty with to many brown spots. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. I am super disappointed in this stay and would have moved if it was more than one night. It was late and we just needed to rest. The room itself was also disgusting and dirty and needs a really serious deep clean. There was dust and grim everywhere (the lamps, computer chair, furniture, etc.) I would not even talk about the rug flooring. We tried not to remove our shoes. The bed skirt had rips and tears at each corner and so did the sofa. The outlets need to be updated because they are too loose to hold plugs. Things were rusty and everything was just plain nasty. We left as soon as the sun came up. Please do not stay here. Use your money elsewhere. The photos that show the room are not accurately displaying the conditions of the place.

Coffee table not clean and tv stand not wiped clean found popcorn behind tv on stand. Likely will not stay again. Vending machines both out of order. Will say staff was friendly.

I was extremely dissatisfied and shocked that a hotel in such poor condition could still be operating. Although the staff were polite, the room was filthy and in desperate need of a complete upgrade — every amenity required immediate attention.

My kids and I love this hotel for its pool and setup. We love getting a room with a balcony to the pool where we can leave our dog and still see it when we are in the pool area. We appreciate the restaurant being close to the pool area as well. It is all very convenient for us.

Nice, clean and quiet.

Stayed 4 nights.....stay was ok. Room was dated....bathtub was actually a bit scary. No Smoking signs were posted at each entrance.....no smoking 30 feet from property....this was NOT enforced at ANY entrance so each time you entered or left, you were greeted with a cloud of smoke. Staff for the most part were wonderful. Breakfast was good.

Very dated, didn’t seem clean, worn down. We left a day early and went elsewhere.

Comfortable beds, all needed amenities in the room. The pool area was unique. The breakfast was delicious! Would stay again!

No smoke.detector. No coat hangers. Plllow case dirty. Sink barely drained.

The markings for the entrance at night weren't great. It was hard to see in the dark, where the entrance was if you missed the one by the garage (which we did).

Room was ok but tap dripped continuously. Breakfast was ok but not many healthy choices.

Room is very dirty and needs repair. Shower drain is clogged with hair, blood stain on bed, pool area stinks, toilet is barely attached to the wall. Would not recommend or stay again
