Parking space is limited.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. So helpful with parking, local areas to visit, restaurants. Everytime we would come back in, warm welcome, chatting and truly a delight to be welcomed that way. We didn't get to try the restaurant but the prices seemed to be reasonable. The only complaint and very minor at that was the size of the room and the view. The room was very small and my view was of a back alley and dumpsters.

Does the job. Mattress was soft and water pressure in the shower (on the 7th floor)was weak. Convenient location that is close to all the tourist attractions. Staff are helpful and check in/ check out was smooth.

Great stay in a great location. Very friendly staff, great room. Parking is first come first serve, so be aware if you're getting back later in the evening you may not have a spot. There are plenty of lots amd street parking around though. Would definitely stay again!

Parking was a little run down and expensive for what you are provided.

Great location, skimpy on towels. Small bathroom but not in there long...lol.

Convenient location, good size but dark room (i think we had a deluxe or whatever one level above basic is). The bathroom was fairly recently renovated and bright with an amazing bathtub and robes. We went to the gym and found what we needed. I would say this hotel is ready for a glow up! But perfectly ok for one night if you’re not too fussy.

No hotel parking. App for suggest parking lot did not work. We had to find our own parking lot. At check-out, there was an additional hotel Expedia booking fee. I will not stay at this hotel again.

They don’t have parking for big vehicles, witch would be good knowing in advance. Neverthless, we were able to find a spot just across the street since we were at a calmer area of downtown and during the weekend. Maybe during on weekdays it could be an issue, but it worked really well for us. Great location.

Breakfast was good, hotel was comfortable, location the main asset. Parking definitely an issue.

The only thing I could hold back for the full five star is the parking lot. My car is seven seater, so it’s big. It really felt horrible to drive in and drive out of the garage.
