Very friendly staff. Clean and beautiful room, amenities are amazing the spa and the gym. Overall great experience my favourite place to stay in Lausanne.

Ideal location; great staff and excellent service

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the service was impeccable. Out one bedroom suite over looking Lake Geneva was unbelievable. I wish we could stay a couple more days. I would recommend anyone visiting Lausanne stay at the Palace !

A beautiful hotel, that's in need of rediscovering itself. Aspects of excellent, occasionally let down by old decor in rooms, a bad redesigned lobby with little charm and staff that while excellent appear too busy. Having stayed at the palace for many years, it deserves some much needed attention.

We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every second we spent in the hotel (and used most of the facilities… the very big gym, spa etc) Every interaction with the staff was perfect, so friendly and professional. Great location in the heart of Lausanne. Highly recommend

Nice hotel, friendly staff, easy walk to the park and to commercial center. All the Hôtel restaurants are great.

$5 frank charge for ice? Give me a break. The hotel is very impressed with themselves. The view just isn't that good of the lake with a large building right in front of it. I'd stay somewhere else next time.

Absolutely everyone is Amazing and Personable Love front Reception ( Edouard & Jude); Concierge ( Wilson & Alejandro); pool area; rooms; restaurant hosts and wait staff top professionals.

Gorgeous Property. Staff in bar restaurant and Matchu Picchu lovely. Staff upon arrival in Taxi wonderful and met us at Taxi. They do an outstanding job. Bedding gorgeous and comfortable.

The hotel had a perfect location to hop on the Metro and to take the train as well as convenience to restaurants, shops and the Saturday market. The public rooms and sleeping rooms were gorgeous and clean, and the hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable We enjoyed cocktails in Le Bar and dinner in The Brasserie restaurant, both in the hotel. Highly recommended.
