one the prettiest lovely hotels ever stayed, and right on the canal the staff continually went above and beyond, truly 5 star service The restaurant Flore was the best michelin star restaraunt we’ve eaten at!

Service was excellent. Bikes on property were an added bonus to fully experience Amsterdam like a local. Restaurants were great. Will be back.

Beautiful property in the heart of the historic city; very helpful concierge team lining up tickets and tour guides to all the museums and gardens we wanted to see; well appointed rooms; great staff at Freddy’s over looking the water. Would definitely return!

Everything was excellent. Staff was great

Had dinner in Marie's Monday evening and a rat was climbing on the curtain in the restaurant. Reported it to the front desk and they said "yes we have been having a problem with rodents"! needless to say that was the last time I ate in the restaurants on site for the rest of my stay.

Just an absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and excellent bar and restaurants!!! Highly recommend!!

good location

The property was centrally located to the public transportation. We received an upgrade on our room upon check-in. The room was spacious by European standards. The gym was spacious and well equipped.

Yes all so wonderful

We had another wonderful stay at the De L'Europe. The property is beautiful and even better as they prepare it for the holidays. They kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony, which was fantastic! It was so lovely and luxurious and really made the stay perfect. Breakfast in Marie Brasserie was the highlight of my day - wonderful service overlooking the canal and an exceptional array of foods available at the buffet or for order. The hotel is small enough that the staff recognizes you and it really feels like a home away from home. Wonderful!!

Absolutely incredible. The staff made all of the difference. I appreciated Mo, the lady who ran the afternoon tea service, and the concierges. Our charming room overlooked the canal. We had the opportunity to visit the spa and the Freddy's bar. Highly recommend.
