Everything was good

Check in was 3 .. rooms were not ready when we arrived at 5. Front desk was trying but overwhelmed with line up of staff. Restaurant on site was very short staffed. Only one cook and server available so walked across street to McDonald’s. Air conditioner did not work at all

The shower was the best part! WiFi and internet is spotty at best.

Very dated and worn out. Hall carpets are dirty and stained. The noise from the upstairs rooms was bad. The air conditioner was so loud we had to shut it off. We tried to eat at the restaurant but after 20 min and not even being offered a drink we decided to leave. Paid for queen beds but ended up with doubles. The pool water seemed dirty.

The staff were wonderful, but that was pretty much it. It wasn’t made clear when booking that there is only one pool between two buildings and the building we were staying in, was the one without the pool. Our room did face the empty pool with a useless balcony though, so there’s that.

Room was clean. Check in was fast and easy. Rooms are in need a serious refresh to be called a Sandman Inn. If you need a bed and bathroom on your way through then it does the job. Wouldn’t stay for longer periods.

Staff was congenial and quick to respond. Parking was easy.

Rooms and washrooms were clean, staff was really nice.

We weren't there long but we had a good enough stay. The room wasn't the cleanest but it was comfy enough.

Front desk staff was warm & inviting. Room was clean and welcoming. No amenities were in my room upon arrival. Not a deal breaker & I could have asked if I required. I’d stay here again. Wish they offered continental breakfasts. I have stayed befor and will stay again.

The staff that checked us in was not warm enough. She gave us the wrong room type and didn't apologize or sound surprised when I came downstairs to tell her. The Hotel need overhauling, it's actually old.

Good location and nice hotel

Pool and gym don't open until 10, which is too late for most guests. Luckily the employee behind the desk opened them up early to accommodate me. Great service.
