The air conditioning is not really working , it’s just the fan is working and my room smelled chlorine because my room was beside laundry room

Room was fine and clean.

The room required a lot of maintenance including the faux tile was separating in the shower and there not being a latch for the door, and the area in which the property was located was less than desired. Lighting in the room was an issue as well

This is the first Sandman's Inn. 2 story's, no elevator. Some moderations. Neighboring Cafe was good. Original owner wa a friend so I might be a bit biased. God Loves you!

We had a great stay at the Sandman Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to rest after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever we had questions. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and our room..the beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The only thing i didnt like was that window didnt have screen on it ,so i couldn't open it.

Poor communication with the hotel. I expressed the need for a pet friendly room. Upon arriving I was told that wasn’t in my reservation. I emailed twice without an answer. The staff did give me a room and had it cleaned. A nice save by staff members. Overall the stay was good.

I had seen some not so great reviews on this hotel, a little out dated and the tub was a bit stained , but over all the room was clean , the air conditioning worked and the front desk moved us to the main floor which was helpful

Staff was very helpful but the A/C unit was so old and worn out none of the buttons were able to be read. Also the TV cable didnt work. It took staff about 20 minutes- 1/2 hour to get it working. Lots of homeless hanging around their parking area.

Tub is a bit clogged. But my family had a great stay.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke. The front desk person could barely speak English and couldn't understand anything I said on the phone or in person. It was extremely difficult. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, and I asked for no cigarette smoke, no smoking, no nothing, which should be the law by now. Someone smoked in that room, and I had allergies the next day for my surgery, where they had to give me a whole bunch of Benadryl before I was able to get surgery.

The staff was helpful when I needed my keys reprogrammed. Hotel is very old, dare I say Dingy? Major upgrades are needed for this property. The air conditioner I could tell was in a makeshift box built into the window. The window sill was old and looked rustic, cracked. My stay at this hotel went as planned but I wasn’t comfortable in the surroundings. Transient population loitered unto the property right in-front of the lobby. While not inherently dangerous, the ease at which they could enter the property poses potential danger.
