The hotel was clean and smelled good. The staff was nice and helpful, they did a great job keeping our clean and stocked. The pool needed to be cleaned! The Temp in the halls was HOT!

This property meets accommodations on a minimal scale. It was clean, it was safe. However it’s obvious that there are economic disparities happening locally and none of the customer service is genuine. The food in the restaurant also uses poor quality ingredients and I experienced diarrhea. I wouldn’t recommend staying here longer than one night.

Pool was in repair while we were there but weren’t told upon check in. We only discovered it after going to the pool. It was an oversight but nonetheless a dire oversight since it was 97 degrees and you’re stuck at this hotel with not much to do since you’re by the airport aka-middle of nowhere- without a car. The waitress at the restaurant was working really hard but she didn’t seem very happy and was giving off bad energy while we ate. The temperature in the room would not go below 72 even though we set it for 66 and it was uncomfortable as we got ready for an event. All in all it suited our basic needs but I wouldn’t stay here again. I would definitely come back for the salmon sliders. That was the best part of the stay. They were very, very good.

Smells damp and moldy. Bed is uncomfortable and made out of some strange material. Broken door handle. Pool was closed and I got the impression that the pool is always closed. Also quite loud. Do not stay here.

It was a good stay. Hotel is well maintained, comfortable, clean and quiet. The only thing that was a bit strange was at the front desk Person didn’t know how to get to the airport from the hotel. I thought that was strange since it’s the airport hotel… Not a big deal. I figured it out.

We stayed for 4 days for a baseball tournament; was told when we booked that the pool was open. It was closed the entire duration of our stay. The air conditioning was never cold. We had to go purchase a fan for the room to keep it cool. The bed was extremely hard. Staff was friendly.

AC did not work, no hot water one morning, floors dirty, half the stations on the TV did not work, phone in room did not work. Requested front desk to look at the AC and was not addressed. Parking lot has not shortage of “not responsible for….” , which is unsettling.

ONE elevator working on Indy 500 weekend. My daughter got locked in a stairwell, because she go off the elevator on the wrong floor, elevator never came back, etc... I left a detailed letter for the manager, and NEVER heard back. Not enough staff at hotel or restaurant all weekend long - on an weekend that happens EVERY year - this is not a surprise.

1. There was blood on sheets and comforter when I arrived. When I asked for sheets to be changed, someone came and changed trash and towels but not sheets. I had to go and get new sheets and put them on my self. 2. I woke up in the middle of the first night to the strong smell of marijuana. I continued to smell off and on for 3 days, even though reported multiple times to office. I got a horrible headache because the smoke was so strong. It is listed as a non smoking hotel. 4. The Coffee maker did not work, but it did get replaced with a new one 5. The air conditioner barely cooled the room; it was hot the entire trip. 6. Breakfast was $15 per day, per person. 7. If you need something from office, it was very hard to get.

The bed had signs of bed bug infestation, I really hope the owner has them washing the sheets and getting the room properly cleaned. I checked in at 3 and never went back to the room for 4 hours and packed me stuff and left. I paid $100 extra and booked residence inn which is 100% worth every $$$. I did request the hotel for refund because I have video proof of bed bug spots and dirty bed.
