Everything about our stay was great. The hotel was busy because of Winterlude, but it never felt crowded. We enjoyed the pool, small sauna, hot tub and ping-pong in the games room. The rooms haven’t been updated décor-wise, but we actually found that nostalgic (hello, corded phone beside the toilet 😄). The beds were very comfortable, and the suite was spotless. Having a kitchenette was a real bonus since we have dietary restrictions and it saves having to eat out for every meal. I unfortunately forgot my Goldilocks pillow in the room and only realized once I was back home in Toronto, but the front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and arranged to have it mailed to me. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Ottawa!

Room had a leak and the hottub wasnt working. It was ok but definitely nothing specisl

Great stay family day weekend. Two bedroom suite was great for 5 of us. Very close to the canal and other winterlude activities. Hot tube and pool were also nice after skating.

The location is great and the room was great, however it could really use some updating. It was quite dark in the room.

Enjoyed my stay here. Warm welcome, a supportive team. As i was on transit they helped me get settled in a new city miles away from home. Kept my house warm and cosy. Had a quiet tine while unwinding after a long journey. Thanks

Spacious suite. Easy parking. Close to the canal.

Location: pretty Good (especially for canal skating which was out purpose here) Mattress: Comfortable Sheets: Scratchy Shower: Dated "curtain in tub" but strong and hot. Clean but dark and woefully dated (looks like late 70s early 80s?). Given the very expensive options in Ottawa Cartier Place was ... Okay The (old but again clean) kitchen setup would be a plus for anyone staying longer term (this appears to be the GoTo place for work crews on long term Ottawa assignments).

Room is dated but clean. Staff was friendly.
