Overall it was good

J'ai obtenue un très bon prix durant la semaine. J'ai voulu prolongé d'une journée et le prix d'une nuitée à tripler de prix. À la fin de mon séjour, j'ai eu droit à la surprise d'une charge de stationnement de 20$ par jour. À mon arrivée, personne ne m'a indiqué qu'il y avait un frais de stationnement. Finalement, j'ai eu la surprise de voir mes muffins dévorés par une colonie de fourmis. Donc, je recommande cette établissement uniquement si le tarif est très bas et si nos exigences ne sont pas trop élevées.

Inside room is better than outside room

The staff was on their phone more than they were actually working. The staff was told the ice machine was not working and instead of going to go look I found out someone in the room next to it had turned it off and the staff took no initiative to go look so I did and fixed it. No rooms had fridges or hair dryers. We were advised a fridge would cost 10.00 and that parking was 30 when on our booking it said 20. There are many hotels do not stay at this one. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and we watched the cleaning staff enter a room near by and they were in and out in under 10 minutes and only had the pillow cases no sheets or towels.

Good: Check in staff was nice. Bad: Property is very dated. Air conditioner is extremely loud and noisy. Room ceiling super dusty. Bathroom exhaust fan does not work. TV remote controller doesn't work. No hair dryer.

This has a good location, you can walk from here to the falls. Plenty of parking space available. We had our rooms on the old side of the hotel, which is a time machine to 1970's. The room is dated but I found it clean, except the back of the TV. The hot water needs to be left running for 5 minutes before you can feel the hot water. Beds are OK, they are clean. We did not use the shower since its an overnight stay.

The overall appearance of the said establishment was very poor! The building was dark, not inviting at all. Some of the staff were not very knowledgeable in the establishment policies. The rooms were in need of major upgrading as there were loose outlets, the taps for the sinks and shower needed adjustments and were not in proper working condition.

Nice staff, fast check in. Very price and location. Walking distance to Niaraga Falls. But the room only come with one thick soft large towel, and two medium thin hard towels. And just come with small travel pack of shampoo and a soap. And the bed sheets not a soft one. A bit hard. But everything not bad. They also allow car park until next day 3pm. Will stay again

Clean room

As usual, the room itself was fine. But we had guests in our hallway that were very loud. Not only at night but also early the next morning.

This hotel is HORRIBLE, should be shut down. Has obviously not be maintained in years. Buckets in hallways for leaky roofs, staples holding wallpaper to the wall, bathtubs cracked, rooma reek of smoke. Recognize its a cheaper hotel but there should still be minimun standards. Wouldn't even pay $5 to stay here again.

Huge room, very clean, comfy bed. Great location and price.
