Pleasant stay without hassels

Jessy was awesome. There was an issue that he went out of his way to resolve and was so nice about it.

Great stay and price was reasonable

Loved the soundproofing. The ice machine was close to our room and making a lot of noise. We thought it might keep us awake. However, once our door closed we heard nothing

The clerk at check in was very nice. The room was not super clean. I had planned on using the desk to get some work done, but the desk chair was stained and looked dirty. I did not want to sit in it.

This place is super nice! Very clean and comfortable beds. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here over other hotels around the area: it’s worth every penny.

We had a great stay. My only complaint is that the bathroom light went out and although the gentlemen at the front desk came to the room to try to replace the light bulb, it wasn't the correct one. It was more inconvenient than anything. We will definitely be back when we're in that area..

Very nice place

Everything was absolutely perfect! I ended up having to stay 2 extra nights and the staff were all so nice and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Provo!

Everything was good except I stayed 3 nights and not once was the room cleaned or made up. There were only 4 tissues left in the box when we got there so it needed replaced.

The front desk welcome and service was absolutely fantastic! The young man went out of his way to welcome us and check that everything was perfect. He obviously loved his job and will be very successful in the hospitality business if he decides to make that his career.

Pool and hot tub disgusting. You could not see in the water it was skinny and gross. Room and bathroom felt like I was back in time with cracking on the walls and tub. Breakfast not very good.

I liked all services and the breakfast options well done . The front desk staff very friendly and ready to help. What I feel it need to be improved is the cleanliness of the carpet or perhaps changed to other material easy to keep clean.Also would be a good idea if the coffee area would also offer herbal tea for those who avoid caffeine. And something important to offer along with the pool a gym room with a few machines.

Friendly staff, huge room and good breakfast

The room was so nice and spacious. Great little breakfast in the morning. Awesome deal for the size of the room and location.
