The TV was stuck on one station and would not allowed me to change channel. When i approach the desk clerk that morning on my departure, he looked unconcerned.

It’s ok. Staff members are nice except a few.

I enjoyed staying here. The bed was comfortable, the tissues in the bathroom were soft and not scratchy, and I could keep the room as cool as I wanted. I was sad when I only found the comfy robe as I was leaving

This is the third time we have stayed here as we traveled. This time it was chaos when we arrived, with several large groups checking in, and both parties had issues with their reservations. While it took a little longer to check in, we watched the two gentlemen handling it all with grace and efficiency. The only thing we had issue with was that the door to the next adjoining room is very thin and not sound proof and we just so happened to have neighbors that stayed up all night talking. Luck of the draw on that, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to ask for a room that does not have an adjoining room

Good location, clean, friendly staff, and quite good prices. Definitely good value for money

The property was clean and staff courteous. Great location if you want to visit NY but stay in NJ. The only issue or disappointment was when we checked in the front desk, the manager stated we would get breakfast included in our stay. The next morning we went to have, what I would call a pretty decent breakfast, only to be told we had to pay.

Wrong hotel, I Called the hotel to cancel, because the event was at the wrong location they refused to help. Because it was booked at a third-party contact. No real help over the phone

Very good staff

Room was nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. Great pillows. Food was good. Ice machine not on every floor. Everything overall was good! Thank you.

The fridge was less than cold but otherwise excellent stay
