Great value for the price.

Older, a little funky, decent location, free parking. Great customer service. Stairs, cheap.

Der Raum und Bad waren sauber. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels mäßig. Beim check-in wurden zusätzlich zum bereits bezahlten Buchungspreis ca. 108 € abgezogen.

Clean, safe and inexpensive

Found out at check-in that there were no elevators (There is an elevator but it has an aged sign taped on saying it is out of order). Rooms are very dated. Light bulbs are not replaced when they blow - 4 out in our room. On the positive side, lots of space in our 2 bedroom unit. Fantastic coffee roasters 2 doors down.

My room was clean but the air did not cool the room enough. The room faced the street and was very loud. I waited almost 30min outside ringing the doorbell to get in after my night out. Luckily, someone staying at the hotel opened the door for me.

The worst stay ever. Sirens all night, noisy, hot water problems, 3 flights of stairs with no elevator, There wasn't much of a continental breakfast, the staff was rude and not helpful at all, bed was uncomfortable, flooring was messed up and the door stuck. The bathtub was slippery that I almost fell. Definitely was false advertisement of excellent ratings.

The young man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Parking- although very limited and tight, was available and felt secure. Room was clean and so comfortable- soooo many pillows!! I feel we got more than our money’s worth. This was not our first visit and definitely won’t be our last. Breakfast isn’t the best- which was fine there are many options within walking distance. Within 12 minutes walking distance of the Warfield where often go for concerts. (Watch your step)

Parking is limited. The rooms are nice. Bed is comfy. Small breakfast to start the day

It was a good room for the price. Not fancy. But gets the job done

Centrally located. Service was great, room was clean, continental breakfast included and best of all, free parking.

I was there for business trip. The place was OK. Quiet for good night sleep. The best part of the stay was that parking was free and it was safe parking!

I chose this hotel for its location and price, and I was satisfied with both. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably clean. I would recommend this hotel for the traveler on a budget.

When it comes to this property, it’s okay for the value. I stayed there 2 years ago and the elevator was broken, and 2 years later it was still broken. It hurts to walk so many stairs but at least the room was right at the top of the stairs. The room had no wash clothes. The WiFi is horrible. If you are staying just to sleep, it’s good for the value

Area was a bit sketchy in the evening. The hotel elevator was out of order. Breakfast was extremely light.

Pros: A very lovely spot in a decent part of the city. A short walk/bus ride away from the town hall and main street. Next door to a lovely coffee shop with lovely staff. The room was very decent and what I expected with what I paid for. Vending machines nearby were also very nice, and always well-stocked. Cons: Whilst the room did say it would include a safe, I only found out there wouldn't be one on the day I checked in with my partner. It also said it did laundry, but when I asked the staff member told me of a local a short walk away. Which wasn't bad but I was led to believe it would be in the facility itself.
