Highly recommend! All inclusive worth it but make sure to upgrade at Expedia purchase. Up charge if you pay at hotel. Close to everything!

Everything was great the room,staff, the view from 25th floor towards the ocean beautiful.

Good overall, beds are full size not queen size as advertised.

They have alot of security and the place is super clean the only down side was the signs saying no outside food or drinks. When we travel we like to have beverages and bring them into our room. We follow the rules so I didnt even try. But i did see people with chicken and stuff. The ocean was too rough to get in. So we went to calleta instead to dip in the water. There was a red flag and the security made sure everyone was safe. It was near alot of places to walk to eat. And the views were amazing. Water flow was good Two towels only Does have hair dryer Clean Ac was cold Check in and out was fast All staff encounters were pleasant

Food was good, staff friendly. The room was double booked during our stay. Having strangers open your door is not fun. The area was walkable with plenty of choices to eat.

El hotel es lindo y nuevo lo malo es su personal super bajo al nivel profesional la recepcionista parecía que no sabía lo que estaba haciendo primero que no encontraba mi reservé después de tanto la encontró según ella al hacer mi check out no quería entregar el carro x un ticket que ella nunca me dio el hombre que entrega los carros bien grocero y ella me hizo esperar para hacer mi check out cuando le dije que tenía prisa para el aeropuerto por poco pierdo mi vuelo desagradable momento he inecesario

We arrived late at night. Room service was very fast and delicious. We had to be at the airport early in the morning so we did not get to enjoy the hotel like we would have wanted too.
