No-one was working the front desk when we arrived to check in….not for 25 minutes. Room floor was dirty (grit could be felt under bare foot), long black hairs in bathroom (I have short grey hair). Breakfast was excellent!

The hotel is a little dinged up and dingy. There was no AC in the room (only a heater) and it had been a very warm day. We opened the window to try and chill the room off but the room faced the street and we let the noise in. Not a restful stay. For $200, not a bargain either.

This would be an excellent place to stay in the winter (NOT in the summer and I'll tell you why later). Great location right off the main road, easy parking, pizza/bar/shopping right next door, large hot tub (heated pool) inside, excellent continental breakfast, lockers in the underground garage for your snow gear. Now for why you probably don't want to stay in the summer. NO A/C!!! I've never stayed in a hotel that didn't have A/C so I didn't even know that was a thing I had to look up. The room was over 80 degrees when we got there. There is one standing fan but it does little unless you're laying right next to it. The window did open so we were able to slightly cool down the room over night. Also, the room was run down a bit. The bathroom needs a fan to remove moisture because it's pealing the paint, etc. Overall, I'd stay here again in the winter, but not in the summer.

Convenient to town and shuttle stop. Nice room, overall. But summer in Mammoth can get hot, and no AC is not nice! My room faced the highway and I had to sleep with the window open and a noisy fan blowing. Not ideal. I should have gone elsewhere.

Hotel was pretty basic. The room was outdated with no AC. The bathroom was really small and the water pressure wasn’t good. I don’t think I will stay here again.

The property is very run down, room was dirty, walls were dirty, hair left in the bathroom, just overall it was dirty. $300 for one night was not worth it.

Property is very old and run down. Very unsafe. Anyone can enter the hotel from the garage elevator.

I couldn't connect to WiFi. Went to the desk and the person said, Oh.. we have been having trouble with it. Sometimes it works.. It might be up later. Tried several times.. nada. The next morning it was still down. Again I asked the guy at the desk, he didn't have a clue, said something to the effect "they are working on it." This is toally unacceptable. The breakfast was so.. so.. same old weird eggs, waffle maker and a few cold saugages. Apparently the let homeless eat there. There was one guy who had BO so bad you could smell him as you walked by. No A/C, but there was fan that moved the stale air around. The bed was Ok. We booked for two days, but left after one.

breakfast was good. Check-in was good. Parking was great. Location is great. Some amenities were closed and under construction. The room was not very clean and well maintained.

Walking distance to places you can eat. Employees very nice! Good complimentary breakfast.

This property is in desperate need of TLC. Baseboards pulled away from the wall, ice machine not working off and on, window doesn’t lock closed, no sound proofing (don’t stay on first floor!), never anyone sitting at the front desk after 8 am.

The property is really old and needs serious renovation. The window in our room was broken. There’s no AC in the rooms and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work either.

Great hotel, great staff, hotel is located right in the center of Mammoth so makes it easy to walk to restaurants/ bars and stores. You can actually walk down the hotel and rent bikes. Easy access to trolley to get a ride to the upper lakes.
