Fourth floor has a smell to it

Was in town for some shows at the Hollywood Bowl. Great hotel in a quiet part of town. 5-10 minute walk to lots of shops, eats, etc. on Sunset and Santa Monica Blvd. Older hotel that has been updated nicely and would book again!

Nice stay for one night after a concert. Gave us a complementary room upgrade and staff was very kind and helpful. There are upcharges for absolutely everything, though.

Incredible property just a short distance from all the action. The staff are fantastic, from the minute you arrive! We were even upgraded and given a bottle of champagne as it was my boyfriend’s birthday! The team are always very happy to see you and chat, or help you with what you need. The rooftop pool is wonderful but fills up very quickly, so get there early! Wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.

The Montrose was perfect, easy walking distance to restaurants on hip part of Santa Monica Blvd and the Sunset Strip.

Maria, the manager really took care of us when we were there and I also brought my small dog. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
