This site is clearly in need of some investment as the walls were peeling and the carpets worn. There was an odor that hung around the lobby and hallways. Surprised that Ramada isn’t requiring a better representation of their brand.

the entire pool/hot tub area was disgusting. Dead flies in the pool and hot tub. Hot tub didn't even work. Stains on the bedding in both our rooms. Extremely disappointed in the facility overall. Will never be coming there again. And even though you may own the motel......keep it professional and don't just sit around the lobby

This was the worst Ramada I have ever stayed in. We booked two rooms and one had stained sheets in both beds. The other had stained bathroom curtain. Breakfast contained no eggs or meat. Just make yourself waffle and cereal. I’m shocked that Ramada would allow their sign on this hotel! My son left with his fiancée and did not stay the night.

The room they gave us had ants! We told the front desk, he came with a broom and swept them up. Didn't spray, didnt offer to move us, didnt even apologize! The ants of course, came back. They were on the bed and the floor! Again, we went up and told them and they did nothing! Finally we went up, he went to a room not far away from ours to where someone was living. She saod she knew about the ants, that it was a daily thing, like it was no big deal. I checked out and asked for a full refund. They tried to offer me half back. I was there for less than 4 hours! I still have yet to get my refund, even after i spoke with a representative via chat with Exepedia.

My husband had surgery so I was looking for a hotel close to the hospital. I could not get the heating/cooling to work or the refrigerator so texted my concerns my first night's stay. I had a 3 night reservation. I sent a reminder text the next day before returning to my room. Nothing had been addressed so I went to the desk and reported my frustration. The gentleman was very kind but working basically by himself. He was able to come up and discovered both the heating/cooling system had been unplugged as well as the refrigerator. I felt stupid and thanked him for his time; however, as the guest, I do not feel I should have to be on the floor to plug in the refrigerator. There was a broken door under the TV, TV connection was not good as well. Just disappointed.

I do not like the fact that there was an extra $100 charge on my credit card bill and I am still waiting to find out what the final charge will be. It right now it is $100 more than what was advertised when I rented the room.

This is the third time I’ve stayed here since it came under new management. I am beyond impressed with the staff and the way they continue to improve on every aspect of the project. I am a very picky person but I also feel that I am very reasonable and understanding of what is going on with the improvement of a business. I know it is not the best place to spend the night according to many. I however find it very hard to find one better as far as location, accessibility and value. The young man who was on overnight was very accommodating and respectful. Also the young woman who was on during the day was also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again and I want to thank the staff for their excellent service!

No room service no housekeeping. The local cable tv kept trying to connect the Bluetooth to someone else’s device. Or tried to force me to pay for a Netflix subscription. The vending machine only had 1 item. The pool area was horrid, I didn’t even go in the pool it was so filthy and the hot tub was worse. The temp of the hot tub was Luke warm, the mold, mildew and scum buildup it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The jets seemed to be clogged.

It was ok. The wheelchair accessible room was a little tight for me to get around with my wheelchair. The bed was comfortable, but up to high to transfer safely on my own. A little outdated.

I expected a really nice hotel based on the Ramada name, however I now see why the room price was so low. The outside appearance of the place is unappealing and unkept. The interior is worse. Paint is chipped and dirty in the stairwell and hallways. In the room was even worse. Walls had damage, frames around the mirrors didn’t even connect. Sink faucet was connected wrong so hot was cold and vice versa. Fans were dust and lint covered. AC unit was filthy and rattled so loud I couldn’t leave it on while in the room. Light shades were cracked and broken. Shower area was just disgusting. I didn’t even bother with a shower. This place needs a complete overhaul and makeover. The only good thing I will say is the gentleman who checked me in was very nice.
