Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Can’t fault this hotel. Stayed here on multiple occasions and stayed in both double bed room and signature king room and the rooms are exceptional. Always clean and staff are incredibly nice.

Great hotel located right near the downtown area (5 min walk). Rooms were nice and breakfast was great! They have free bikes to use and we rode them 1 day Into Killarney national park which was so much fun!

The room was exceptionally clean and the amenities we really use the toiletry is the shower is awesome the garden area where you can sit in how your drinks and lunch and dinner is pretty good the day was very warm and few drinks definitely helped us relax Plus a cold shower. It's based in the heart of the city centre so everything is a few minutes away we had a stroll into the city center and loved it we would definitely go back if we get a chance.

The staff were extremely friendly and the lobby is very nice. The rooms are a bit dated, but it goes with the vibe of the hotel so it didn't bother me. The shower however had mildew and stained grout that hadn't been addressed even after brining it to the attention of staff. I was even able to take a towel and wipe away some of the mildew after staff told me that it was just the grout. There was even mildew behind the toiletry dispenser in the shower. For the price of the hotel and trying to be four stars, I would hope for a cleaner bathroom.

This is a really pretty hotel just a few short blocks from the heart of Killarney. Every public space is thoughtfully decorated. The views from the front patio are lovely, and it wasn’t half bad from the window in our room. It’s a little quieter here than in the heart of the Main Street area but still on a busy road.The breakfast buffet looked lovely, but we did not partake. However if you just want to take coffee up to your room there’s a hefty charge and no free refills. There is free parking which is very convenient as you can walk to town. We grabbed some organized tours to see the surrounding area and were able to get them from Main Street. Very convenient. I’d recommend this hotel, just go out for coffee.

Amazing property!!!! Beautiful, cozy Killarney boutique hotel with authentic Irish charm. Rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated with the most comfortable beds. Multiple lounge areas with wood burning fireplaces. The staff were incredible from the moment we stepped in the door. Always welcoming and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay wonderful. Chloe checked us in with a smile and was very welcoming. Justin at the front desk was superb. Aziz greeted us each morning with a warm smile as he sat us for breakfast starting our day off on the right foot. Location is great as it is close enough to walk to restaurants, shoppes and sites without the hustle and bustle around the hotel. Truly magical experience and great introduction to this country!

We stayed in a junior suite for three wonderful nights on our 2-week trip around the coast of Ireland. It was my absolute favorite place to stay…and we stayed in some really great hotels, castles, and AirBNBs! The venue is just beautiful with a fantastic staff. Everyone was so friendly and met all of our needs upon request…like an oscillating fan for white noise and movement of air. It is in an easily walkable location to many pubs, restaurants and to a bus tour company that we took around the Ring of Kerry. I loved our room: Rowan - room 322. It was a corner suite with three windows that opened to enjoy fresh air with its beautiful views of the city and a faux fireplace that turned on with a remote complete with a crackling fire sound. So clever! It feels like the bed hugs you and it is hard to get out of in the morning…you just want to stay; but the delicious breakfast that came with the room made it a little easier to coax us out and start our day. I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. 110% recommend! I am already making plans to come back for Christmas!

The rooms were fabulous with a big relaxing shower. Been here a few time now and it never fails us ever brilliant hotel and wonderful staff.

I've stayed here twice and absolutely loved it both times. The rooms are wonderful, and each time I was lucky enough to get a wonderful view looking out at the mountains. I'm normally not one to spend time in a hotel's lobby or sitting room. Usually I'll just go straight to my room and rest there, but Randles is the exception. They have a real wood fire going in their sitting room most evenings, and the staff come out to stone the fire from time to time. My girlfriend and I loved sitting there after our long days, enjoying the sound of the fire and the beautiful decoration of the room. She would read and I would just sit. It was a lovely way to end our evenings. Everything and everyone here was comfortable and accommodating. I can't recommend them highly enough.
