All aspects of the hotel are excellent, well maintained good quality throughout and very easy short walk into the town.

The hotel is in an excellent location with a unique and attractive layout. The room was spacious and well decorated. The staff was incredibly helpful and eager to please as befits a luxury hotel. However, I was disappointed in several aspects. First, it is inexcusable not to have air conditioning in a luxury hotel where the daytime temperatures were in the high seventies. Second, the bed mattress was soft and deformed leading to poor sleep. Third, the rain shower head provided so little water pressure that it took several minutes just to wash shampoo from our hair. The coffee maker in the room was also an ancient and substandard one that made lukewarm and poor tasting espresso. I also find it disappointing that a luxury hotel did not have a water bottle filling station. Finally, when we sought to sit by the outside fireplace, it was broken and unable to light. All in all, this hotel has potential. But for the cost they are asking, this was definitely a substandard experience even at half the price.

From the moment we entered hotel you could tell it was special. From Chloe on check in desk, and our upgraded junior suite, fantastic. The exquisitely decorated lounges and corridors exceptional. We dined in hotel. Meals were lovely. Drinks in lounge served by the wonderful David. All staff were superb, a credit to company. They made our stay wonderful

Loved the location as it was easy walking distance to centre. Staff was friendly and willing to share information about the city. Loved the restaurant/cafe at the front.

I had a very small room and bath but all I needed was the bed. Served my purpose well

Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Can’t fault this hotel. Stayed here on multiple occasions and stayed in both double bed room and signature king room and the rooms are exceptional. Always clean and staff are incredibly nice.

Great hotel located right near the downtown area (5 min walk). Rooms were nice and breakfast was great! They have free bikes to use and we rode them 1 day Into Killarney national park which was so much fun!

The room was exceptionally clean and the amenities we really use the toiletry is the shower is awesome the garden area where you can sit in how your drinks and lunch and dinner is pretty good the day was very warm and few drinks definitely helped us relax Plus a cold shower. It's based in the heart of the city centre so everything is a few minutes away we had a stroll into the city center and loved it we would definitely go back if we get a chance.

The staff were extremely friendly and the lobby is very nice. The rooms are a bit dated, but it goes with the vibe of the hotel so it didn't bother me. The shower however had mildew and stained grout that hadn't been addressed even after brining it to the attention of staff. I was even able to take a towel and wipe away some of the mildew after staff told me that it was just the grout. There was even mildew behind the toiletry dispenser in the shower. For the price of the hotel and trying to be four stars, I would hope for a cleaner bathroom.

This is a really pretty hotel just a few short blocks from the heart of Killarney. Every public space is thoughtfully decorated. The views from the front patio are lovely, and it wasn’t half bad from the window in our room. It’s a little quieter here than in the heart of the Main Street area but still on a busy road.The breakfast buffet looked lovely, but we did not partake. However if you just want to take coffee up to your room there’s a hefty charge and no free refills. There is free parking which is very convenient as you can walk to town. We grabbed some organized tours to see the surrounding area and were able to get them from Main Street. Very convenient. I’d recommend this hotel, just go out for coffee.
