I have to say I was very very impressed with the room we stayed in. The only issue i had was that the jacuzzi tub room i reserved, the tub was smaller than what I anticipated. It could barely fit 2 people. But the room itself was very impressive. And the lady at the front desk was one of the kindest Ive ever met.

The check in was the fastest and easiest ever. Nice room. Make sure you book online first thru Expedia or your portal rather than booking onsite as the price is much higher. Stayed here for a night for a shoot and slept very well.

Ok for the stay, bathroom was a little out dated but not unexpected. The “physical fitness” area was abysmal, no weights or decent equipment, go to PF down the street. Worst continental breakfast ever, eat somewhere else.

Work related so there was nothing special about it.

No pool but advertise as open pool. During the check in was but told after we mentioned wanting to swim. Breakfast was not hotel. Then it was fixed very late

The room was good and clean. There was a problem with the shower (water squirting out from the control and by the shower head. Mentioned it to the front desk and they had someone work on it which improved it. The staff was friendly. There are several restaurants nearby.

Checked in and within a few minutes of being there found another motel and checked out. Did not feel safe even during the daytime. There were stains on the sheets and chairs.The staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly but the property itself was extremely sketchy and had a foul odor.

Visiting my daughter in SC and this facility close to her, but disappointed, bathroom dirty and disgusting. I cancelled my 2nd stay for a few days later and staying elsewhere.

Everything worked as it should.

Average motel. Stay was OK, however, the floor wasn’t clean, and there was a foreign object in one of the pillows.

Flying roaches, bathrooms need new fixtures and renovation

The options at the breakfast buffet were minimal.

There was no hot water, the refrigerator didn't work, and the light in the bathroom constantly flickered.

property was clean and in a great location to the BMW Center

Basic needs were met.

The floor was dirty, could not walk on it barefoot. The toilet looked like it has not been cleaned in a month. The room just stinked, literally.
