The shower sprays everywhere but other then that great value for the price

no proper toiletries, duvets where stained and dirty.

No problems, room was quite comfortable, check-in was fast and efficient. I didn't have breakfast there so can't say anything about it. Service from front desk was very good.

Stayed here several years ago while the place was being redecorated. Room decor is quite modern in shades of gray. Bathroom has a large shower instead of a bathtub but only has a glass panel without a door so water can splash out onto the floor. Shower head can't be angled down to prevent this. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of items both hot and cold. Daily housekeeping is provided. The usual room amenities are provided as well. Bed is comfortable. Within a short walk to one of the city's malls which has a Light Rail station attached so you can take it to downtown Ottawa and avoid the traffic. Would recommend.

Very clean room, very comfortable beds and bedding. Nice shower. Good breakfast easy check in. Good location not far from downtown Ottawa!

Good place

Great hotel in a good location. Walking distance to a mall and restaurants. Rooms were clean and staff was very kind. Only downside was the sound. I could hear the room of drunk college age guys in the next room over but it wasn’t unbearable.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Hot chocolate would have been nice to have at breakfast because I don’t drink coffee! Otherwise, we had a very good stay at the hotel.
