Clean room, easy checking, friendly staff, quick response to requests, great breakfast, comfortable beds, close to convention center, view of Mississippi River from the window. Overall a great experience.

This is the 2nd time we been to the comfort Inn and I would definitely recommend this hotel for the location. The staff at the hotel couldn't do a enough for us , they cater for what ever we wanted and it made our stay even more enjoyable.

Bitten by bedbug in room 108 nov.1 @ 4:30 a.m. Called the front desk and the desk clerk seemed uninterested in the issue. They offered another room 1511 Im sure it was a suite. At 5 a.m. and we just came at one a.m from dinner and basketball game. This cut our Memphis stay to a minimum. I called the General manager Sunday and as thur nov.the sixth there has not been any reply from general manager. Im seeking a total refund from this experience. The room was wonderful with a wonderful view of the riverfront. The appliances worked. The room was updated. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was great to lots of things like restaurants, stores and close to getting to the FedEx forum. Would definitely come back to this hotel again for a longer stay.
