Stayed there before and had no issues, however this time i had no hot water. I spoke to the hotel and they sent someone to look at the issue but the hot water was not fixed by the time i checked out. Horrible that i paid so much for a room but was unable to take a shower.

This is definitely not what I expect when I visit an Intercontinental. Extremely noisy, I could hear everything outside in the hallway and my neighbors having loud sex all night (both nights). Shower faucet was faulty, making it so that you can only take an extremely hot shower (like scalding, dangerous hot), or cold shower, no in-between. So I took cold showers. The staff were pleasant enough and most were trying to do a good job, 1 or 2 were just rude to not the least bit helpful. The hotel room was dirty, especially the bathroom, a deep-cleaning is badly needed. The walls had a bunch of dings, which made me concerned as I didn't spend much time in the room until I woke up my first day there, which was when I noticed a bunch of them. I took pictures of everything because I didn't want to be blamed for any of them. Would I stay here again? If they did a deep-cleaning, remodel, maybe. The location isn't bad but when you have some other amazing hotels in the city, it'd be hard to come back. I'm sure the hotel has seen greater days. But this weekend was not one of them. I didn't get a chance to see the pool, but to be honest, after seeing the bathroom in my room, it kind of killed that desire for me. Which is a shame, because it got really hot that day and I remembered I had the pool at the hotel, but then I remembered my bathroom and thought, "well, nevermind." Overall, you get what you pay for. Not the best, not the worst, but definitely relying on the name at this point.

Great central hotel. We enjoyed our stay, clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Would stay here again.

Property is extremely outdated and with limited offers to restaurants and bars.

Overall experience was great, just a few items, i paid for the upgrade to enter executive room, this was only for 2 hours 6 -8 PM, options were very limited and not good. Second I got an upgraded room but the shower wasn't working well it took very long for hot water to come out. Besides that the staff was super nice and educated

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff was courteous and hotel was clean and sleek. My husband and I went during Father’s Day weekend. The delicious breakfast buffet was a great way to start our day each morning. Hotel bar was fully stocked, has multiple TVs and lots of space to relax. Easy parking for our Rental. Centrally located for all the activities we had planned. Traffic is bad during the week so plan accordingly.

Everything was good, just i don't understand why the prices for one night increased to much

Rooms were so old and outdated. The bathroom was just horrible.

I always stay here when visiting Guadalajara. Nice clean rooms and great staff. Some of their rooms include a very good complimentary breakfast and evening snacks and drinks.

More like a 3.5. Lovely staff, a strip mall across the street, clean sheets, but the bathroom was a bit outdated. The location worked out for my needs but there aren't many good restaurant options nearby.

I always use this hotel. I like it.

Un hotel de gran nombre pero con un poco de limitaciones en su modernización . Cero amenidades en las areas de las Suite Garden View . Cero Ambiente Mexicano . Muy buen servicio en el area de snacks ejecutivos.

Amabilidad, limpio, tranquilo, y buena ubicación

Shower knob handle broken couldn’t get hot water two days until guy would come and adjust it. AC didn’t work in dinning area or Tequila Bar or some of various guest rooms in our group even reception was very warm.
