The room was perfect four our family weekend.

Suited for Business, Solo Travellers. Close to Downtown Ottawa and Major Sightseeing Attractions. Walking Distance to several local attractions.

Our room was not cleaned one of the days we stayed Upon return to our room after being out all day nothing had been done. I had to call the front desk to request it and needed clean towels

Everything was good, staff very friendly

We enjoyed our stay

Room was very clean but the towels and bed sheets had a odor to them. They were clean just did not have a fresh smell. Overall we enjoyed our stay and staff very accommodating. Price of parking was a little steep.

Ruums are very clean, and getting ready daily. Wifi is very slow and that is probably only bad thing I can say.

We found our room a little small for a 4 day stay. We were accommodated with a larger new room immediately upon request.

Stayed here many times, love the atmosphere.

Even during the last days of construction, the hotel was comfortable, like a classic hotel should be. Staff was personable and very attentive. My family was in Ottawa for a memorial, and we were all booked onto the same floor, and each room had a personal note of condolence, chocolates and fresh flowers. We were all very moved and very impressed by this thoughtfulness. Bartenders, waiters, bellhops and front desk staff really paid us attention, and made us feel very welcome. The remodeling is turning out very nice, too!

Staff were very helpful and positive. Accomidation was clean and tidy and the resteraunt food was amazing!

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, and super friendly staff. Shout out to Amanda at front desk who checked us in, wished my son happy birthday, upgraded our room to accommodate a pull-out bed with no issue, and then surprised us later with a beautiful and delicious cheesecake slice on the house, for my son! He was overjoyed, thank you so much! Overall 10/10 stay.

Parking was so confusing and all of the streets are one way streets. The person at the front desk wasn't sure about parking options so I wasn't sure if I had parked somewhere I wasn't supposed to - and if my car would be there in the morning.

I loved the place though the renovation was taking a lot of its charm but it’s a matter of time before it gets back to excellence again.
