Great location great service room was good but not brand new.

Location - absolutely perfect. Room - clean, but dated. Bathroom - clean, effective Lobby / valet/ guest services staff - pleasant and helpful! Atmosphere - lacklustre. Possibly undergoing renovations but very bland and lacking. Not a decoration in sight, unless you count the faux Christmas trees still up. Restaurant - So very rude. We had kids with us, and even in a completely empty restaurant were shoved in a back room out of sight twice. Won’t stay here again, which is really unfortunate because the location is so great.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms could use some door insulation as we could hear everything from the hallway.

Very nice hotel and close to a lot of attractions

We spent sunday outside enjoying winterlude and came back to the hotel excited for a nice hot tub after a long cold day. The hot tub was closed early as was the pool. We spent the extra money to bring our kids to a hotel with a pool and hot tub. We were very disappointed!!

Had an amazing stay. Very clean, great location- very central and easy accessible. Large rooms with breathtaking view. Customer service is also great. Would definitely go back.

Honestly, expected more. Room was.. okay. Loud buzzing noise from the vents. Service at the bar/restaurant was fairly poor. Rooms not well insulated, heard screaming babies all night and people shouting in the hallways. Wouldn't recommend.

The room was spotless, the staff was efficient, helpfull and friendly. The location is excellent. I keep going back to this hotel.

The Lord Elgin is a grand old hotel in a wonderful location. The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff is excellent

Staff were incredible in all areas of the hotel! Valet was amazing and chatted with us all and told us about some of the hotel amenities to enjoy. Check in and out were seamless.
