It was modern and clean.

I was so happy with my stay in Idou Anfa. The staff was wonderful and hospitable Everyone greeted me with genuine kindness from the moment my taxi dropped me off. My room was perfect and had all I needed and even a great view. I will absolutely stay again! The location is excellent and you can walk to anything you want or need . It’s for me the prime locaton in the heart of Casa. Thank you all the management team and staff for being rigorous about all the details that matters .

Excellent hotel for travellers arriving in Casablanca. 1/2 hour walk from Hassan II Mosque.

Everyone was so kind and patient - from front security to check in person and everyone in between. Restaurant staff was so sweet and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfy. Housekeeping staff was detailed. Excellent experience overall.

Everything was excellent. The property met our expectations. Very polite and helpful staff. The room was little bit cold and central heating for building was switched off, but we're provided with a heater, which helped a lot. Shower was amazing, bed comfy, we were very satisfied.

Excellent concierge and other staff but the hotel though new has average quality and the scent is so strong it gave me a headache

Very boring and unattractive design. They have no bar, although its advertised in their elevator. They serve pork, so not sure if its a religious thing or not. Also, the roof deck apparently is only open from 3 pm onward, which makes no sense. Don't recommend.

Everything in the room was dirty, glasses, coffee maker, towels. Room service terrible the plate was dirty and chiken tasted old

This property was okay for a 2 night stay. Close to everything, staff were pleasant and helpful.

Very nice and welcoming staff, always at hand to help with anything and advise on how to get around. Loved our stay at the hotel.

The hotel overall is clean and the location is in the centre about 30 mins walking from the Cornich.

The triple room is quite cramped but comfortable enough. Very little spare space. Beware when booking through a 3rd Party that you may encounter discrepancies in your booking. I booked as an Adult with two children aged 16 & 14, which were entered on my initial booking with Expedia. On arrival they were not going to accept that they were children and intimated I should have paid more for the room. The girl kept telling me my daughetr was 17 as shes born in 2005, even though her birthday is October (as is both my children). Eventually they conceded and it appeared they changed the room from what they were originally going to give me to the room with 3 single beds, which was the room I'd expected in the first place and was documented on my booking. Once that was sorted everything was fine and staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is nice but quite small and shaded from the sun later in the day, but a pleasant dip to cool down from the hot sun. Overall a pleasant stay.

It's in a great location. Fast food, Chinese, Moroccan, patisserie, everything is at walking distance. The check in and out is very fluid. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth adding on to and has everything. You can always grab coffee or something to eat right next to the breakfast place at any time. If there's a minus, it's the no stop policy for people smoking in the lobby. That doesn't leave it an indoor, smoke-free place to lounge around. They don't have a separate for smokers room, so even if it's 2-3 scattered people, it's everywhere. It was nice to be in a hotel in Morocco where cats are not constantly under your feet. Definitely recommend.
