Good things - comfy bed, hot shower, quiet and spacious room, good breakfasts Not so good things - no maid service, garbage bins outside door that attract flies and flies enter room, laundry dryer didn't work If you just need a good night sleep and hot shower for a reasonable price, this works well. It could be a really nice place but ownership hasn't kept the place nice which is too bad.

Would stay anytime lived the suite

Our stay was good but we were not told that we have to get towels upon check in so we did not have any towels at all. The room is a little dusty and its obvious that the carpet was not clean because it was sticky. Not sure if the bedding was really fixed or change because the pull out bed beddings was not put together.

We had issues with staff servicing our room and when asking for service, we were told different things from the front desk staff as to resaons there was no service. The grounds also infested with spiders. Our room was very spacious and the hotel offered others amenities that made our stay feel welcoming.

The week my family and kids were here it was very enjoyable. There was nothing wrong with our room. The parking lot was kinda crazy at times but other then that it was amazing. Will stay again if we come back.

It was awful. Our room smelled of pot constantly. We didn’t have any blankets in our room and not even enough bath towels for the 3 of us. Had to call and ask the front desk for them and was told if we wanted them to come get them. The mattress my son was sleeping on was ripped wide open on both sides. We let the front desk know and was told they would let maintenance know but they were off duty. When I called in the next day to follow up I was told that there was nothing they could do. This isn’t a simple oversight. We should been notified before have of this issue. They simply ignored it thinking nobody would notice. The floors have not been cleaned in I don’t know for long. My son walked from the shower to the bed and his feet were black like he had been outside barefoot for days. We were there 9 nights and our room was never once cleaned, despite requesting sheets changed mid way through our stay. I know they don’t come daily but not once did they ever come. We complained multiple times of the pot smell from the neighbors, nothing was done. The last night we were there the last at the desk was very nice and said she would pass it on to management. Something should’ve been done long before, especially considering it's illegal in the state. It was so bad it was giving my husband and son breathing problems. I picked this place because it was close to where we needed to be but I would’ve paid double and driven further to not have to deal with this. Way over priced.

Very outdated hotel. We arrived to an overbooked hotel, and were placed in a different room. This room was supposedly non-smoking but was very obviously being used for weed, and had been for a long time. We called front desk (both phones did not work had to use cell) and they had no room to move us and stated the person previous probably just smoked in it. We were missing the remote, never found it. There were old towels in the bathrooms. Junk/garbage outside the rooms. Pool dirty. It appears several people are living in these hotel rooms and there were many questionable vehicles and people walking about. Do yourself a favor - book somewhere else.

The cleanliness of the rooms needed more attention. But the big issues we had were quickly addressed by the staff. The sense i get is that the cleaning staff is understaffed.

But the first room that they gave us as soon as you walked in, you could smell weed. I called down and asked for a new room and they gave us one. This room the sink was plugged up. Icemaker wasn’t working. Bathroom fan was not working and lotta scuff marks and dirty in places

They tried to have my elderly mom climb their stairs for a second level room. No elevator! Than i got a reply of" We are full can't switch rooms, nor would they let me leave. They did finally get my mom a room on lower level. I had to run up and down the stairs to be of help for my mom.

Spacious studio suites… are stay was very quiet 👍 Could have used some dish soap! Friendly staff and helpful offering choices for dinner! Breakfast was also good!

The room was dated, but clean. The outside of the building is in need of maintenance. Landscaping help is needed.

It was an okay experience. No bacon for 3 days.

Room smelled bad, shower faucet broken, tv didn’t work nor did the fireplace. The outdoor pool was gross with a decomposing bird in the filter.

Great place to stay for an extended time

This property is pretty run down and very outdated. Hard mattresses, mildew growing on curtains, toilet is stained, and the walls/ceiling have stains on them. I wouldn’t stay again.
