Location is great, being in the city center and walking distance to many major attractions. Unfortunately, the

Hot water is hard to come by and need to run the water for at least 5 minutes to get hot water. Experienced an annoying noise all night and when called maintenance they had no idea where the noise is coming from and only said to request a room change after a five night stay.

Had a fantastic time. The staff was amazing and the room was great. It was our first time in Philadelphia and we definitely will return to stay in the Sheraton. Thanks to you Hotels.com for your service.

The staff was wonderful, everyone was very nice and welcoming. I would suggest the bathrooms get more attention with maintenance, and upkeep.

Sorry for those with the bad experiences but the staff was phenomenal to me ! The individual who checked me in, I believe his name was Terrence , got me into another room when I arrived since my original room wasn’t ready. He was so concerned when he realized I didn’t eat all day and offered me snacks . He made me so comfortable. My room was clean and Carol one of the house cleaners was so so so sweet. I wish her nothing but the best. Shayhie at the restaurant was extremely caring. When I was finally able to sit down after doing so much errands he was quick on getting me my order and food. We talked and chatted and he too was concerned when I said I didn’t eat that he offered me snacks. Everyone has been so sweet and I appreciate the attentiveness and cleanliness. I just wish breakfast was free for guest but I understand you gotta make money. Anyway y’all can make matcha lattes ??? I’ll be back!

Room was a little dirty the coffee cups had been previously used and had to rinse the shower

The only thing I can say is I wish we stayed longer than 1 night, hotel is beautiful, staff is pleasant.

Quick friendly checkin, a little underwhelming for the price. Fridge on the floor in our room, broken toilet paper holder, stains on carpet and curtains. Slept well.

I stayed at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown recently, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. On the first night, I returned to my room around 7:30 PM only to find it had not been cleaned. I called the front desk three times (at 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30 PM) with no resolution. I eventually had to go downstairs in person, only to be told that housekeeping had already left for the day. While housekeeping did show up for the rest of my stay, the quality left much to be desired. The bed was made, but there was still litter and empty cups left on the floor — not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, the service felt inattentive, and the lack of follow-through left a poor impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as this hotel has potential but needs improvement in both service responsiveness and room cleanliness.

It was the perfect location for the purpose of my visit to Philadelphia.

great location and very roomy for stay

Good location. Mediocre service (forgot to supply enough towels after request was made at front desk, since no one would answer phone) Very used, saggy and hard mattress.

Everyone was so accommodating. Service was swift and I absolutely loved the text to valet to get ur car.
