Place was really nice

My carpet was flooded; it took multiple calls and sitting in the lobby before they consented to change my room to an inhabitable space. Atrocious experience.

It’s a great hotel with great people

The staff was horrible. Couldn’t get our room right. The front desk was beyond rude. I would not stay here again.

The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect! The hotel was clean! This was a win all around! We will stay again!

Parking bad services

My room had tile damage in the bathroom. Also it was a bit dusty. The overall area was clean around the property. The pool is amazing and the area was clean. The room service was great. I’ll definitely come back again.

We had a very nice experience in the hotel. We went to visit Chicao and had a good time

Everything was great... some outside gas heaters would have been great for the chilly weather

Parking could’ve been slightly cheaper being that I purchased a room for the night ballet or parking should’ve came with the room since I paid to stay at the room.
