Un hôtel classique avec deux personnel sympathique, des espaces de vie agréables, de bons restaurants à l’hôtel et dans les environs, un positionnement parfait pour visiter Las Palmas. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable!

From check in to check out seamless process, staff were superb and all went the extra mile to look after there guests. Great restaurants on site and easy commute everywhere.

Absolutely fantastic week at the Santa Catalina - Royal Hideaway Hotel!! Half board, so we got to enjoy the delicious daily breakfast at the Hotel followed by dinner at the 1890 La Bodeguita - fabulous food & service at both! The hotel is just so beautiful and staff cannot do enough for you through your entire stay! We had 3 spa sessions to enjoy even more relaxation during the stay! Cannot recommend this hotel enough - will definitely be returning!!

Outstanding service, exceptional breakfast, great spa, extra comfy beds, piano playing every evening, surrounded by a beautiful park, every team member went above and beyond. We got chocolates and cava, and silk towel to put our feet on every morning. A corner of paradise. We'll be back :)

Lovely hotel, great welcome but slow check in. Staff exceptional very helpful and friendly Beds very comfortable and linen was high quality. Large fluffy towels Lovely spacious balconies with hot tub Tv/ mirror was a lovely touch Bathroom mirror excellent Also coolysystem air con fans etc were very efficient and quiet Pool area fantastic Gorgeous hotel, we will definitely visit again!

Stunning

A classy hotel. Well maintained. Multiple restaurants (though not all were open). Rooftop pool and bar/restaurant. Nice location. Don't know how to say it any better but we would love to stay there again.

Staff incredible, was an anniversary break, bubbles and chocolates delivered to hotel room as gift from hotel. Room service food was not great the chicken was tough and chewy in both of our club sandwiches so had to remove and leave it. The steak I ordered in restaurant was over cooked, sent it back and it arrived beautifully cooked. Overall a great stay would have given a solid 5 if it were not for the food issues.

After a slightly shaky start (loud music until late on the first night) this stay was just wonderful. The hotel is beautifully maintained, fantastic pool area and great options for drinks and food. The staff right across the hotel are amazing. Location is a little out of the way for old town but taxis are easy to hail. Overall a great experience and will return!

Charm and ambience. The staff were excellent knowledgeable and helpful. The food was delicious.

The landcape and scenery on the grounds was so beautiful and walking was one of our best experiences in any hotel. The architecture and furnishings were so royal.

This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the city. The facilities and staff were all excellent. It is a 40/50 urban walk from the old town & main beach. Our only disappointments were a very long wait to check out (over an hour) and a disturbed night following a wedding in the hotel. The wedding noise was not an issue but tidying the outdoor space just outside our rooms went on until the early hours - worth checking
