Front desk staff was accomodating

Curtains in bedroom do not close and the parking light kept me up all night. Hotel was dirty

No microwave in room. Wwhat? Elevator is a mile away from lobby.

Was very pleased and impressed with the room. Did not realize we were getting a private hot tub when I reserved the room. So much for the price! Very nice! Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again.

We were greeted by "V" and "Z" very friendly young ladies at the front desk! This was a very last minute passing by reservation to just get some rest after a lond day of traveling. We were not disappointed at all, everything is very clean and comfortable! The room fit our families needs perfectly. Great experience we will definitely stay here again if we are passing through!

Overall environment was very nice and customer service courteous. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had different items for guests to choose from. Check out is quick...the room card can be dropped in sealed boxes on the ground floor! 'Just checked my album, my photos are not so focused...I'll try better next time!

Limited handicap rooms and they gave us a room a long way from the lobby. We didn't like how the hallways were made with upward and downward slopes. This wasn't ideal for someone with mobility issues. My daughter fell in the hallway when trying to walk to our room.

Overall this Hotel met all of our needs....the breakfast was great. The room was a little cramped and hard to walk between the bed and additional furniture. The second floor had something sticky on it that extended from the elevator down the hallway. No major complaints.

Like some things and I didn't like some things and they treated me like dirt they not very professional

Close to family convenience. Close to dining and shopping. Spacious rooms, open breakfast area, decent coffee. Third floor room away from lower activities. Outdoor pool area disgusting. Late nighters entering noisily with loud talking. Microwave would have been useful.

Easy to check in. Property was clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay.
