The entrance to Disney is steps outside the front door and the Family Room, with a king bed and two queens was perfect for our family of five. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Would stay there again.

I'd say overall that we had a decent experience but I would call everything about this hotel middle of the road. The rooms were clean enough but nothing spectacular. I found a hair on one of the beds and some missed crumbs on the carpet. The bathroom was sufficiently clean though and the beds comfortable enough. It is a little loud at night but some of that is to be expected. The room configuration was a little strange. We stayed in a family suite which had ample space and sleeping options (3 beds); however, there wasn't a kitchenette or even running water outside of the bathroom. A sink in the main "living area" would've been very helpful. Also, they don't offer breakfast which seems to be a bit of a miss compared to the competition, not a deal breaker though. The proximity to Disneyland is the greatest feature of this hotel. It took less than 10 minutes to walk from our room to the ticket line at either park. Again, we had a perfectly fine experience but nothing particularly noteworthy. We likely won't be back, not because of any major failings but because there isn't a compelling argument to return over the competition.

So close to Disneyland! Great valet for car (though you pay for two days parking to leave it after 3pm!) amazing front desk staff. Clean and quiet room. Wish we had it for two nights so we could have returned mid day to warm up and rest. Would stay here again for sure

Room was average. Housekeeping was less than expectations for the price. Only replaced towels and emptied trash for a 4 night stay. Parking is an additional $25 charge per day.

The room was clean and spacious. We got the family suite and it had plenty of storage and outlets. The staff was nice and helpful. And it’s literally across the street to Disney we were at the gate less than 5 minutes. Oh and it’s by a few restaurants. Great access.

Our room was ready sooner than we thought, so that's a huge plus after traveling all day! While the parking is mandatory "valet" - it's sooo worth it. The "guys" are always manning their station at the entrance with a welcome, and were 100% on target with waiting as we emptied our car, and so quickly retrieved it when we were ready to leave. The rooms were VERY clean and we loved the "Camelot" castle theme. LOTS of outlets, usbs, and lights. Extremely close to the park. We could see the top of the castle, the Matterhorn, and Thunder Mtn. from our 5th floor. Probably fireworks too, but we weren't around then. Thanks for a great place!

We had 4 generations (Grandma, Daughter, Granddaughter and Great Granddaughter) in the 2 room suites for our Disneyland vacation. Camelot Inn made our stay extra enjoyable. All staff were very nice and willing to help in any situation. Best vacation ever.

No conditioner. Beds are like rocks. Couldn’t get into the door several times even staff couldn’t. Loud. Tv/internet would off and on.

We booked two rooms, and requested in advance that they be ajoining. We were told our request was accommodated. They even sent someone to unlock the door between the rooms. They weren't ajoining, and the front desk wouldn't reassign our rooms. The staff seemed exhausted and annoyed. They seemed put out that we wanted a key for each adult that was on our reservation. One of the valets almost hit my husband with a car. He literally had to slam on the breaks, and we were in designated unloading area. Anthony and Tommy were absolutely delightful. Everyone else was either very tired or kinda rude. One of our rooms had an overwhelming perfume smell. It took 24 hours to air it out. It was as pungent as bug spray. No one ever removed our trash or dirty towels. They knocked to offer clean towels, and promptly left. We had to truck our own garbage to the bin, and then hunt down the housekeeping cart to drop off used towels. We stayed for 5 days, & they said they'd clean after our 3rd night. They never cleaned. Also, the beds were NOT queens; they were definitely just doubles. The only working vending machine only took $1 bills. The rest were out of service. Anthony, in particular, really was great. The rooms seemed well maintained, and location is excellent. But, we will definitely never stay here again. I've stayed at four other hotels on Disneyland trips. This was the worst hotel stay for any Disneyland trip I've ever planned.

Clean the toilet. Refill the coffee packets and supplies. Replace hand soap when used up. Put a TV channel list in the room - guide on TV is no good.
