Honestly there was no positives to the property. Its very very old, dirty and half of the things did not work. We have 4 lamps and only 1 worked. The floor was sticky, dirty and a hazard for my mother who is disabled and uses a cane. The front office staff were polite however they were unable to solve the issues until manager arrived. I had to contact expedia directly because we didnt and couldnt not stay in such deplorable conditions. We left after 1 night stay and we only stayed because we were drained from driving 8 hours.

This was the worst room ever!! So dirty! The air conditioning didnt work ..there were bugs . There was no hot water no towels we left and checked iut 2 days earlier

OLD BUILDING, BATHROOM DOOR BROKEN,

Very dirty. The sheets and bedding were stained and the floor was pretty nasty. Booked a room with a TV and they TV didn’t work at all just static. The receptionist was on the telephone in a screaming match behind a door by the front desk. I had to wait 15 minutes in front of the counter before I could get checked in.

Cockroaches in the restroom and room, bad smell outside, breakfast was disgusting, the property looks nothing like the pictures online and the water was COLD

The room smelled horrible, had to change first room due to tv not working to what they said would be better but not at all. Sheets had stains on then, water from sink drained from pipe on to floor.

Kinda like lost souls that like to touch your husband

When we got into our room the sheets and the floor was dirty. The bathtub was dirty and slimy with mold. There was a big roach that came out of the closet we had saw in the middle of the night. Also, when we had first gotten there the cleaning person just opened our door and walked in. I had just finished changing and was very uncomfortable after that had happened.

It's ok.

Literal roach motel. Put some of our belongings on the desk, roaches scattered from behind the desk. Checked the bed, found bedbugs. Carpet was filthy, the room smelled terrible, the bedding didn’t look like it had been replaced in a while. We left in less than an hour.

I take room 135 and all floor wet and the person on desk change me for 136 and worst look like swimpool inside

Hotel needs an update

Drove 4 hrs to a pet friendly hotel. No explanation on the site about size restrictions. Had to find another hotel at the last minue. Honesty is integrity.

The towels were very stained , they looked washed but very stained, no toilet paper no phone to contact the office

I checked into the hotel and was in the room for just a few moments because I could not get past the smell. The sheets and carpets had stains all over them. Looked at another room and it also smelled horrible.

I had stayed in this Laquinta many times a few years ago. This place is a nightmare now. The first room smelled like weed when i stepped in. Then the room i ended up with had roaches walking around, stained linens, the shower was so slippery i almost hurt myself.

Was the worst experience no bed covers No toilet paper No cable Room took for ever to get cool Entire time room smelled like smoke and mold along with a fragrance of urine. This is the second time in different la Quinta this happened. It should not be you get what you pay for it’s not professional for any amount money.

Went for the breakfast and all they had was coffee, no sugar. Milk was for creamer and cereal,juice machine was not working. Waffle was decent but I don't like cold syrup on my waffle. I've stayed at quite a few La Quinta's and I wasn't impressed at all with this one.

This place was disappointing and disgusting. My husband and I checked in, went to our room and immediately the smell when you walked in was profound. I can’t even describe it. Mold/old water maybe. We didn’t even place our bag down because we saw bugs. We went into the restroom and the toilet seat was broke/split in half. No way to sit on the seat without it pinching you. There was stuff all in the toilet, and hair and gross stuff all in the shower. On the door coming into the restroom there was what looked like blood splatter marks. This bathroom was unsafe and unsanitary for anyone to stay at. We immediately left the room. When trying to get a refund the hotel refused to give us our money back. Do NOT stay at the hotel unless you want to walk away with something. This place needs an inspection from the health department.
