The room was in good condition, microwave could be updated but other than that it was okay. No roaches or bed bugs so that was also a plus.

I arrived to check in, according to the front desk the room was 97% clean and I had to wait a bit longer for the room to be completely clean. This was an hour after check in time. Waited an hour to have it cleaned. When I arrived, there was still poop in the toilet from the last person. I told them to clean it up. Waited even longer and went I went back they just flushed the toilet and didn’t even clean it. Piss all over the toilet still. Requested a second room, towels were dirty, shower was dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes. The area is super sketch. Dead bugs in the room as well. Never coming here ever again. Terrible experience

Mattress were wore out and lumpy… I had to change rooms 2 times for that reason. Then the lights and Tv wasn’t working… this place needs A LOT of help…smh

There's other cheap hotels in the area that were able to provide me with their policies without attitude due to being asked questions. Red Roof needs new staff. They need to update the policies and then provide fees to consumers upfront instead of waiting for them to check-in and THEN proceeding to demand the security deposit. The Sunday I stayed, I wasn't asked for a deposit. I booked my room with hotels.com and checked in. That night, we found hair in the towels and tried to clean the stained tub, but the dirt stains were still there. It's time to update the towels and tubs. The plumbing also is bad. The toilet would not actually flush down even when not using toilet paper at all. The sink was also clogged. Afterwards, due to accidentally booking the wrong date, we returned to at least give it another try. Wednesday, I came to check-in, and the clerk at the front desk instantly got attitude with me for asking questions about the "Security deposit" I never had to pay previously. She kept cutting me off and even started yelling at me saying she didn't have to answer any of my questions. She then proceeded to call some guy on the phone who I could barely understand. He refused to identify himself, but stated if I wanted to get the key, I needed to pay 50$. I asked where I could find that info again, and neither one of them would tell me where I could see this policy. I never stayed in the room or got my key. I never checked in and I'm waiting for a refund from Wednesday.

We selected the accommodating room with the crib. Arrived to find they had given our room to someone else, they did not have a backup crib. The floors were dirty, like they had not moped. The pool was literally a green swamp. We saw drunk guys flying through the parking lot, and drugs being smoked in the parking lot. They had one ice machine for the whole property and it didn’t work.
