The concierge and bellman were most helpful and attentive to our needs and Sheryl (concierge) even sent gifts up to our room which was totally unexpected and the staff at the buffet breakfast restaurant also sent fruit up to our room. No take out at restaurants. No room service except breakfast. Room was super nice.

Quick stay for a show at MBS and a very early flight the next morning. Staff was friendly and accommodating, valet was on point, rooms were clean, walkable to the stadium. Couldn't recommend more.

Check in was fast and easy, staff was very friendly, and room was very clean. Really close to the Mercedes Benz stadium, very convenient!

Stayed for 6 nights in May 2025. Spacious and clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping sent me messages when they couldn't clean the room when I had the do not disturb on to arrange an alternate time for cleaning as well. One suggestion would be to have brighter lighting in the bathrooms and also better sign posting to come to the upper level check in desk at the South Tower, especially when you get dropped off at the North Tower carpark late in the night 😊

Great location! Walkable to all of our planned activities. Amazing property, beautiful views of Centennial Park from our room. Pleasant staff and very pleased with our visit!

This property exceeded my expectations. From the time we arrived they showed nothing but excellence the staff was friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and spacious and the food delicious . I would give it a 5 out of 5

The property was very nice. We enjoyed being so close to Centennial Park and the World Congress center. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will stay here again.

Fabulous location went for a sporting

It started with fantastic service down in Valet. When we arrived we were asked if we were assigned a room yet. I said, not yet, they said not to worry, unload your luggage, when you get a room, you luggage will be delivered to your room. Then we meet Ram. He by far have us the best hotel experience we've ever had anywhere, from signing us up as members, from giving us a better room since ours wasn't ready yet, with city view just his overall personality. He's the reason we'll come here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Omni for our wedding anniversary. I loved the location. It was walking distance to many of our planned events. I also loved the views from the bar and our room. Everyone on staff from the valet, to check-in, to bartenders were super friendly as well.

Had an issue with my room and they took care of it. Very responsive. Definitely staying here again.
