The stay was superb. It is a great location and staff was very helpful.

The Inn was in need of repair in the elevators. Tiles had come up off the floor. Wear & tear was evident. We had very little sleep becaue of rude & disrespectful travelers who were slamming doors, talking loudly & kids running up & down the hall until midnight. We would not choose this location again.

Check in was a breeze, breakfast was good and checkout was great! Will stay again!

The building is really old and run down, and the first night, the whole room got totally SOAKED with water from the moisture inside the building. I am not exaggerating. There were puddles on the floor, the carpet was wet, all of our clothes. We asked to change rooms thinking it had been a maintenance issue and we were told due to the age of the building, the air conditioner couldn't be placed above 69 degrees. I come from a tropical, moist country and had never ever heard of this happening elsewhere. Staff was very friendly, we were given another room which smelled of dampness as well and was moist, but at least things didn't get visibly wet this time. The building and elevators are VERY run down, but staff tries to keep everything as well as they can. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean and well decorated, much more modern than the building itself. Breakfast was not good, especially the "eggs", but had waffles and muffins my kids enjoyed.

Breakfast had a lot of choices. Asked for a quiet room at my 3 pm check-in and they put us acifrom the maid supply/laundry area. Very noisy in the morning. Working nights, I don't appreciate this especially when I specifically said a quiet location. Room smelled slightly of urine when first entering, a few stains on the floor too. Possibly got put in a dog friendly room. Bathroom fan wasn't functional and no window to open. Overall pretty clean otherwise.

Excellent stay

Our room smelled so badly of mold, we immediately left. The room looks nothing like any of the images they show on the website. We literally left 15 minutes after walking into the room, it made me so nauseous. We ended up staying at another hotel.

Mixed bag overall. Property is rundown. Carpet stains. Damp and smelled stale. Staff were nice.

The fact that I couldn’t connect any device with HDMI to the TV really ruined the experience

The room was clean and quiet during the night. Everyone was friendly and the staff was approachable. Most of all, the front desk staff was willing to go above and beyond their job description. They left my family a personalized and heartfelt card which meant the world to us because I have never experienced this. The breakfast was good, check in and out was easy, the elevator was a little slow but it was not a bad experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10.
