I had a great night sleep.

Overnight for concert

Austere setting. No warmth to the place. Didn't even offer complimentary coffee in the morning. EVERYBODY DOES THAT!!

Great stay!

This is a beautiful hotel with a Bistro. A bit oricy but you're adja6 to University of Albany and near many restaurants and shopping.

Very helpful staff, clean room, renovated bath. Very quiet and good value.

Room smelled like chocolate! The room was very clean and comfortable. The pillows are bad but everything else was great!

Quiet! Clean and fantastic service!

House keeping is horrible. They took the dirty towels and put them with the clean ones. Didn’t even bother to clean one of the rooms; spill in bathroom was not cleaned and they left the dirty glasses and ice bucket in the room, didn’t bother to change or clean.

My family and I stayed here many times before. This property has significantly declined. No housekeeping over 4 days. Even when we asked for fresh clean towels... nothing. We asked for tissues.. nothing. We will never stay again

Great location to Ualbany. Little pricey, but very clean and nice staff

The pool was disgusting, flocks of hair where floating in the pool , and the water was not clear either , after i noticed all this and turned around , no swimming at this visit . Room was okay ,staff okay ,no coffee station visable in the morning at the lobby , lucky there is a coffee shop nextdoor
