Great location that lets yo see the highlights of the city in minutes. Restaurant was very nice and had a great feel.

Great hotel, close to the centre with lots of eating and drinking options. There's lots of EV charging close to the hotel.

Great for a stopover. Spacious room for 3 adults (travelling with 20 year old daughter and husband) and our dog. Parking on site and very central to explore Metz

The Novotel in Metz was one of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in on our European tour. It is not as classy as we had expected and the decor in the room was dated especially the textured white walls. The plugs in both the sink and shower did not drain well and smelt. The bed was comfortable and pillows fluffy. There is an outside pool but it is very busy with children and not very big. The price of the hotel was not reflected in the stay. The underground parking is shared and smells like a public toilet, payable at the time of leaving.

Lovely hotel - dining area stunning / staff nice - room tired . The area is awful - but the cathedral was absolutely stunning. Lots of drunks near hotel - a no go for us

Hotel is great, area around it is very run down. The location being in the centre of the city is amazing but the shopping centre it is within is very bad.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Views from the room was amazing. Clean room and hallways. Hotel was close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Excellent location, really spacious rooms, indoor car park, kids play area just around the corner, very central and really nice pool. They are dog friendly as well. We had such a lovely experience here. Thank you

Great location, breakfast and facilities

I would say that the hotel is more suitable for a business clientele. The location was central, easy to access and close to all historical sites (therefore very convenient). The inside of the hotel was clean and attractive but the outside was a 1970s concrete jungle of a mess. Staff were not too knowledgeable and clearly did not really know their own city - they were no tourist information center - but they were friendly and courteous.

We really loved our stay here, extremely comfortable and great facilities for families! However, the presence of security guards with alsatians was a bit worrying. It didn’t feel unsafe per se, however the fact that security with dogs was needed made it feel like there might be trouble! The breakfast was good, although the bacon wasn’t properly cooked. Great selection of continental items.

I loved the location and ease of visiting the area. Food great. Breakfast great. Pool great.

Room was a bit dusty and rustic. In a good location.
