Complimentary breakfast was tasty but elevators at night were shut off and it was a inconvenience to walk up the stairs

Close to the airport and convenient for an early flight but elevator was not working going down and fire alarm went off while we were sleeping

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was typical of most Hotel's choices. You have to ask for towel replacements or housekeeping which it says on web site. We stayed a week. Did not need housekeeping.

The breakfast was good. Airport service did not include a car seat for child. Air conditioning unit was noisy. Water pressure was too high and sprayed everywhere.

The sofa bed the mattress was stained n sheets hD cigarette hole in it. Cojld not wait to get out of there

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, check in was easy, and the lady at the front desk was super kind and helpful getting transportation to the airport the next morning setup. I only noticed two minor drawbacks: the AC was rather loud every time the fan kicked on and there was a lot of light leaking in from the gaps around the door. Despite that, I would stay here again.

Google says airport shuttle. It's two free uber rides. Very nice. But not a shuttle? Front desk person was awesome. Property was beat up and bathroom and desk beat up. Bed was good. Extremely smooth in and out. Arrived early early am. No problem.

The rooms were damaged and run down. Both elevators were down. Pillows were awful. The staff was nice but won’t be staying here again.

Rooms weren’t ready/several of us in Libby waiting. Elevator not working. No bedspread, even after I told them. Room wasn’t serviced. Tepid water, not hot. At 5:30am, there should have been plenty. Bathroom was kind of clean

Hotel staff were very polite and helpful, morning service was great.

We were very comfortable over the 4 nights, except for the night the motorcycle gang checked in. We heard loud motorcycles throughout the night and early morning. The motel informed us they don’t do daily housekeeping so we had to go get 3 towels from the desk every night and a lg plastic bag to put our trash in. Thats the only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars. The pool was clean and freezing. We went in the spa and it was great!

Lift didn’t work. Tin windows so you could hear noise outside. Part of the plaster above the bathtube fell off. No signal in TV.

The elevator is not working and we got a room on the fourth floor, they wanted me to pay extra to move me. Also they do not have transportation, they will send you an Uber, but first Uber canceled, because he was sent the wrong location; it was rush hours, so not many Uber rides available, so we arrived almost an hour later, and we choose the location because it was close to airport.
