Pros: Hotel looked and smelled clean. Carpet in hallway and room looked new and so did the bed linens. Plenty of towels in the room. Breakfast was good with a variety of food: scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, & oatmeal. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Located near stores and places to eat. Inside pool is warm. Staff seemed nice. Cons: Water pooled in the tub while taking a shower and eventually drained out. Hot tub was nice and hot but stopped bubbling. Had to go to the front desk a few times because room keys wouldn’t work randomly. Woke up the next morning with dozens of tiny ants crawling around on the floor and table near the window then saw a cockroach run up onto the bed. I let the front desk person know about the issues, hopefully they will get them taken care of.

I enjoyed my stay, but my room stunk so bad upon arrival and the conjoined room people kept beating on the door. One of the beds sounded broken, no welcome gift and breakfast was less than appealing visually as well. The air also wouldn’t get cold.

The property had ant's and bug's in our rooms we had left a pizza box out over night and when we got up in the morning it was full of ant's

The management was horrible

The toilet overflowed on our one and only night here.when I called the front desk they said all they can do is bring a toilet plugger. It was just me and my 2 young children. The breakfast was okay.

Great location for Kings Island! Clean and friendly. It was nice to also have access to a hot tub after a long day at the theme park. I would definitely stay here again!

Good customer service

It was a good stay. Couldn’t ask for more at that price point.

The hotel grounds and building are rather dirty and not well Kept. The room was comfy but smelled musty. Overall not bad but not what I expected based on the rating.

The stay was good. The continental breakfast was okay. The bathrooms are a little outdated and the room smelled a little musty but overall great location and staff.

The AC in the room did not work, we went to the front desk and the workers said that we can’t switch rooms and the maintenance person does not get there until 7:30am. The maintenance person never showed up. The light in the bathroom went out while taking a shower, called front desk to tell them and when the worker came up to fix the light I asked about the AC and the worker said it’s working fine, however it was not blowing cold air. Horrible experience tbh

Great property

We were in and out. Breakfast was good. Standard options - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal. Pool was small but nice. Room was clean.

Stay was good. Clean and quiet room. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

Check out was at 11 am … why did house keeping try to come into my room without knocking.. they couldn’t come in bc the door stopper. I opted out of house keeping & yet they came in while we were gone & half ass did the house keeping… literally made one bed , didn’t bring extra towels , took the towels we did have. Very unprofessional

Everything was great! When walking in, it smells great, check in was easy even with the credit card machine issue. They were very apologetic for this. The breakfast had lots of options and refilled when getting low. While out, housekeeping came in and refreshed our towels and made our bed with our pillows and blankets that we brought with us and made it special just for us!

Quiet and nice staff

The carpet was stained. No radio or clock in te room. Breakfast was great. A good way to start your day.
