great all around

Noisy bed. Limited pilows ( 3 for two persons). Old towels. Limited soap and shampoo. Bad toilet.

Overall a great place to crash.

When travelling to Laredo I always stay at this hotel. It’s affordable, clean, and with an unbeatable location.

Great staff specially front desk people had an awesome stay.

Beds were terrible

The room we stayed was ok,it was quite, and just right for sleeping. The parking area was pertty tight not much room to part,we had to park at a distance.

El hotel se siente anticuado, el sanitario es muy muy ruidoso

You get what you paid for. This property was dirty, no room service(which is fine), had to request towels every day, and no parking. Toilet was leaking, notified front desk, and was informed that maintenance could not respond til the morning. Offered a substitute room with no fridge, microwave, or TV. I had to turn water off and clean the water up. And worse yet Cockroaches! Told staff and they blew it off. Again, you get what you pad for. Dinning and shopping are within walking distance.

Pésima actitud en el front desk, la persona que me atendió el viernes me levantó la voz y me dijo que no era su problema que el AC no funcionara y que nos teníamos que esperar hasta el día siguiente, el baño descompuesto tuvimos que avisar 2 veces por dia para que fueran a repararlo, las almohadas tenían moho y cabellos

Está cómodo el hotel pero muy viejas las sábanas y toallas deberían mejorarlas.

Red Roof Inn Laredo was quiet and overall a good place to stay in overnight. Although the building needs some renovation along with the central A/C, the deluxe room was nice to stay in for myself, my partner, my aunt and her 1 year old. The pool was a nice touch as well after a long drive there. Check in and Check out was quick and easy thanks to the front desk. Thanks for a quick and easy stay!
