Their TV didn't work and when I called to reception, they told me it is not their fault and it is ROGER issue. I explained for reception I booked room from their hotel with full facility not from ROGER but her explanation was not sufficient.

Room was clean. Daily housekeeping good. Breakfast on Friday was amazing. Real plates and cutlery and BACON!! Breakfast Saturday and Sunday was a little less spectacular and budget friendly for the hotel. Still fine. Our bed was very soft. Maybe too soft mattress old. Forced cuddling. But we still slept well. The TV wouldn’t get all the channels from the cable. Possible the line from the wall to the tv needed to be replaced. Very fuzzy and scrambled. Wifi was good and strong. Pool and hot tub were ok. Quiet and Clean on Friday. Hot tub on Saturday was busy and dirty. But really what do you expect when you take a bath with a bunch of strangers? Anyone for human soup? Needed to call to get towels in the pool area filled as they only bring out a few at a time. Affordable. Not really near anything so glad we rented a car. Would stay again for the price and Friday breakfast.

Hotel is decent for the price good clean rooms and hotel breakfast is good

Room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well above average. Hot tub was only luke warm, had to have a hot shower after getting out just to warm up. Pool area was spacious and clean. In a bit of an industrial area with not much for amenities close by. Easy access to major roadways to easily get around the city

Building is old, needs upgrading, towels and linens we’re old and worn out

Pool deck was extremely dangerous. Very slippery tiles. Tv was fuzzy/blurry, not upgraded. No capabilities to stream from devices.

There was no conditioner in the bathroom.

Hallway carpets are getting worn down and the pool is showing dilapidation. Steam room was closed.

The poor guy at check in was obviously on his own and over worked.

The room is okay, staff are good.
