The room is spacious and clean. The staff are accommodating. A lot of upkeep needs to be done in this hotel. The swimming pool is poorly kept. They need to add variety in their breakfast menu or at least alternate the menu.

Some things looked shabby and some hall floors were dirty. In the breakfast room, the floors were not swept daily. The curtains in my room were torn. My little coffee pot didn’t work but I was able to access hot water for my tea from the water dispensers downstairs in the hallway, which was not always easy while I was caring for my grandson.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, with ample self-parking and a smooth check-in process. The staff were excellent, though our first room felt stuffy, and we had to request a pet-free room. The buffet breakfast seemed pre-made the night before and reheated on hot trays the next morning. When we were moved to another room, the toilet backed up. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious with large beds, and they're quiet.

So the pictures are not what the hotel currently looks like. It is very rundown. We didn’t have towels in our room when we checked in, paid for 2 queens but got 2 doubles. The breakfast was not great, very little food and the waffle and pancake machine didn’t work. Pool was gross! Stream room also didn’t work.

This is the most “hotel feeling” hotel I’ve stayed in in Edmonton for a decent price. You know that feeling you used to get when your parents would take you to a hotel when you were a kid? That’s this hotel… magic

Excellent place to stay for work and play.

My shower had someone’s hair in it so I ended up not using it. During my check in, I was told I’d be missing towels because they got too busy the day before to finish cleaning it?? The room had a terribly rank smell, and the entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke.

Stated 2 nights. 415$, only got 1 breakfast coupon for Saturday morning. Couldn’t use pool because 30 14 year old girls wearing hoodies and shorts took over pool

There for only one night - everything was fine and smooth.

Our room was big and well appointed. Only critique is that the lighting was in strange locations leaving certain areas of the room in shadow.

The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet and the breakfast was the most impressive complimentary breakfast I’ve had.

Extremely below average. The pool and hot tub were poorly maintained, both were full of rust and hair! The steam room didn’t work at all. Avoid the restaurant/pub at all costs. The food was all clearly frozen packed food, it was all stale and they bring things out different than how it’s labeled on the menu. And on top of everything construction started outside our room at 10 am so we had the listen to a drill in the wall for 30 minutes before we called the desk to ask them to stop because we were still trying to sleep. The front desk lady’s were very nice though out our stay, so that was a benefit! I wish I could say better things about the service staff, food, and pool! Book literally anywhere else!!

It’s a great hotel, they have a swimming pool and hot tub, dining, complimentary breakfast, room was clean but only thing I found wrong was they don’t put extra toilet paper or tissues in the room, I stayed a few times and it was the same issue.
