We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice. The hotel was clean and the room smelled nice. We did not get to use the pool due to our busy schedule, but it was gorgeous and looked very inviting. Breakfast was good. The fruit infused water at the front desk was very refreshing. They did allow us a late check out which was very helpful.

I had checked a crime grade website for a safe part of town and this hotel is in a good area. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast. Quiet.

Great hotel to stay, and very clean! Very comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast!! I stayed a couple of nights in December to visit Christmas lights at Bellingrath Gardens and came back in June. I recommend this hotel and I will be visiting again!

Great hotel choice! The staff was so friendly, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfy!! We were close to Bellingrath Gardens and many places to eat…excellent location!!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room were very clean and everything worked. Close to highway so easy in easy out. Two comments: Pet fee listed on orbitz stated $50 but was actually $75. The pet bag stations both were empty.

Older hotel but not bad for a short stay

Floor was sticky & house keeping knocked on the door to clean at 715.

Close to restaurant and Bellingarth

The hotel was clean and safe. Convenient to Highway 10. Friendly staff except one occasion when we asked for more washcloths on our second day and were told that staff would bring them to us. After asking twice, and an hour and a half had passed, I politely asked a staff member that I saw in the hallway cleaning the rooms (it was holding up our showers ). She replied that she was on her way to bring us some, and she then handed me some.

Very nice place to stay

There was no hot breakfast due to equipment not working. Both parking lot lights in the entrance parking lot were not working. Parking area was dark at night. Staff was courteous & apologized for inconveniences.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful the second time! Staff is so very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. Everything is so clean and smells good also! The only negative was the parking lots lights were dim, dark or not working. But there was plenty of parking in lit areas! Thank you again for a pleasant stay!!
