This hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. Customer Service was outstanding. It’s very very close to the cruise port. There were many restaurant/pubs nearby! We would definitely stay there again!

The concierge lady was most helpful with helping me to book my train to Gatwick.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was huge & very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options. It was a very nice hotel!!

Everything generally was good, but the bath tub is to high to get out, I got a standard room for my surprize it had a bath tub too high to get out with wet feet.

I wanted to stay here because of the unusual appearance of the hotel. I paid a bit extra for a balcony room which turned out to be in the 4th floor on the side of the building with a view of the harbour. The room was huge and spotless. I was out for meals so I didn't try the restaurant. There were several lifts but the one nearest my room was glass and was inside the glass triangle. Riding in it was an experience in itself!

I have stayed at this hotel three times and never been disappointed. Central to everything.

Everything was perfect

Fantastic hotel for a low price. My son & 1 had a Sunday night stay meaning we got the price really cheap. We used the gowns & slippers, the pool, breakfast & parking. Location is perfect as it’s walkable to the main town & right on the coast.

This was for the most part a seriously underwhelming stay.

The staff were excellent room was clean but the bathroom could do with a upgrade plastic shower curtain and shower water was that hot we couldn't a just the temperature so had to bath . Evening meal was excellent in the bar

The food in the hotel is pricey but there are plenty of eateries nearby. We did have room service and the burger and cheese plate was very good. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room comfortable and quiet. We were close to the lifts so did hear people chatting as they were waiting but it wasn’t too intrusive.

Having stayed here multiple times we expected the usual high standards. We particularly visit for pool amenities so were very let down to find the jacuzzi empty and out of order at the poolside. Most disappointing that no one at either reception of the hotel or of the pool had let us know before hand.

Amazing food, beautiful rooms and balcony views. Enjoyed our complimentary upgrade to the penthouse suite, and where treated like royalty
