Hotel is absolutely fine. But after a day of 30c heat I needed air con. Not working. Possibly down across the site, dunno. Got offered a fan, fair enough, but needed it colder. Then to make matter worse, got served a Guinness in a Magners glass.

The staff were most helpful

Everything was good at our stay. Bathroom a little small with door opening in. Also Sky TV in the lobby would be nice

Great hotel. Clean and comfy. Breakfast was amazing. Good pool.

Spacious room. Helpful staff. Bins in both bathroom and bedroom were dirty. Underneath the bin bag we were faced with someone elses dirty earbuds and tissues

We loved our stay it was the nicest hotel weve stayed in The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Loved the poo and jacuzzi and the option for breakfast in bed Thank you you helped make our trip even more awesome! We wil definatly book woth you again 😀

Absolutely rotten pool/gym/spa changing rooms, it really is in desperate need of refurbishment there, the hotel is very dated/worn but the food, staff and service was very good, had a great night's sleep and the room itself was very clean

Friendly arrival. Room was clean, spacious and in the best accesible location. Amenites were so easy to access - swimming, gym and sauna. Restaurant offers a variety of meals. Easy access to shops, locations and points of interests. We came for a concert, but we also viaitied museums, china town and the city. Would stay again.

I would recommend this hotel so much! Stayed here for a concert and it was great. At first there was a slight issue as I had booked two rooms and only one room was found on file, however our server quickly sorted it and made sure we had two rooms. Breakfast was great, we were greeted by a friendly lady who showed us around and there was plenty to eat, especially for me as I am vegan and it was refreshing to have plenty of options. Great value for money, impressed by the great price, can’t fault it!

Nice room and friendly staff

Very nice hotel, plenty of parking spaces, fast check-in and very comfortable bed.

Overall is good although the swimming pool is quite busy and the shower water is quite weak.
