Great hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto. Very helpful staff, especially Oumar the bellboy who showed genuine care. Loved the hotel and old most definitely recommend

Property was just ok and overpriced for what they offer. On top of that the showers leaked every time we used it. Told the desk and nothing was done. Vallet was very courteous.

This is a historic classic hotel in the best location possible for a visit to Toronto. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Have a drink in the bar and enjoy the old world class. Everything is first class including the staff.

I travel frequently for work and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but the Omni King Edward delivered the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. We were celebrating my son’s 15th birthday during a father-son trip to Toronto. Before we arrived, I mentioned his birthday and asked if an early check-in might be possible. Not only did they accommodate us hours early, they surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to an incredible Suite. When we opened the door, we were speechless. The suite was stunning, with separate living spaces, luxury amenities, robes, slippers, and thoughtful touches throughout. Waiting for my son were birthday balloons, a personalized “Happy Birthday” sign, and a delicious chocolate cake. He was absolutely blown away. The surprises continued during afternoon high tea, when the chef personally came out to present my son’s dessert and wish him a happy birthday. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, genuine, and eager to make our stay unforgettable. The Omni King Edward wasn’t just a place to sleep—it became the highlights of our trip. Thank you to the entire team for making my son’s 15th birthday so incredibly special. We will never forget your kindness and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Our stay at the Omni was unforgettable! We were so excited to find out that the Iraq National Team was staying at the hotel as well. It created such an incredible atmosphere, and it was a real treat to meet and greet some of the team during our stay. With security throughout the hotel, we felt extremely safe while still enjoying all the excitement surrounding the team’s visit. The staff handled everything professionally, making the experience seamless for all guests. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—it’s right in the heart of everything! From entertainment and attractions to an amazing selection of restaurants within walking distance, we never ran out of things to do or places to enjoy. This was so much more than just a hotel stay—it became a memorable part of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again!
