A great value for money. Walking distance to many places, very helpful staff, good breakfast, and 3 minutes walk to an airport bus stop. Will stay there again next time in Trondheim.

Great location and price. Breakfast is included but I’d rate it just OK as the warm food was overcooked and lukewarm. The room was minimal but functional. On the negative side the room was very warm. We tried to adjust the heat that was on in late June but the electrical wall panels never cooled. We couldn’t sleep with the windows open as there was too much noice from pedestrians late into the night. Make sure to request a room at a higher floor and preferably facing away from the street.

A very nice hotel on a quiet street in the city centre. The room was spotless, the breakfast excellent, and the staff exceptionally friendly.

The staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay, which made a great first impression. The room itself was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air — something that’s surprisingly rare in many hotels these days. I also enjoyed the character of the building, which used to be an old bakery; the historic atmosphere added a lot of charm to the experience. Having access to a laundry room was another very handy bonus. Breakfast overall was very good, with plenty of choice and good-quality food. It was a pity that, due to a strike, the hotel wasn’t able to provide the complimentary afternoon waffles during my stay. The hot breakfast options were also fairly limited, although everything available was fresh and enjoyable. The main downside was the noise. On weekend nights there was a lot of late-night noise from nearby bars and drunk people outside until around midnight, and throughout the week there were very loud seagulls overnight. Of course, this isn’t really something the hotel can control, but it’s worth noting that light sleepers or anyone sensitive to noise may want to keep it in mind before booking. Overall, though, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the hotel’s comfort, character, and friendly atmosphere.

Hôtel bien situé. Déco un peu vieillotte mais grande chambre et lits confortables. Éviter une chambre au rez-de-chaussée côté rue car assez bruyant. L'eau chaude pendant la douche était quelques fois vascillante. Le petit déjeuner était OK mais sans plus. Le choix, comme partout en Norvège, était varié mais les oeufs brouillés étaient bien ordinaires. J'ai eu mieux ailleurs pendant mon séjour en Norvège.

Great location in the old bakery. Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. We had a superior room which was lovely with a good shower. Free waffles every night downstairs.

Great breakfast, kind staff. Evening waffle bar a great and yummy surprise. Did have issues with the key cards while we there, but the staff was kind and as accommodating as possible.
