Great place to stay!

Fantastic hotel, Terrible area! Great bar area! Loved having a balcony. Room was nice. Staff very friendly. Down side was the location. Did not feel safe to walk around area. Lots of what appeared to be homeless around the area of hotel. Building next door very sketchy looking & run down. I would stay at hotel again if the hotel was in better location.

It wasn’t good. I will not be staying at this location in the future.

Parking payment was strange but over all the hotel was easy to access and was very close to all freeway options

Victor was awesome for checking myself and my family in smoothly and professionally. Daria did an awesome job with making sure our room was tidy while we were out. My husband went to the bar and had a nice time and we were always greeted when we arrived. The convenience was nice and easy to navigate. Will recommend to others!

Nice and clean hotel, staff friendly, good service. Didn’t like some of the surrounding area dirty a lot of homeless and felt unsafe.

The lobby is probably the only thing that is beautiful about this hotel. The food is pretty good as well. Other than that, I’m afraid that the rest of our stay was pretty unpleasant. Upon arrival, I requested to switch rooms because of the awful smell in the room that I was provided. I was moved to the room next door, this one smelled better but was really dated and needed a couple of maintenance repairs. Bathroom door handle was missing, shower head hanging from the wall, etc. The outdoor pool area was overcrowded and filled with leftover trash from guest. There was also a nonfunctional hot tub that was covered by a torn cover and my toddler almost fell in. I informed the front desk and they seemed pretty nonchalant about it, which made me pretty upset because someone might really get hurt. The parking garage trash can was overflowing for two days. There was also trash all over the parking garage. For 32 dollars a day to park, you would at least expect a clean garage.I was also offered a Mountain View room per Expedia, and when I got to the property guest services informed me that there would be an up charge of $25 per day if I wanted that room. I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel and I can honestly say that I’m a little disappointed.

Location was good for our base. Had to fix A/C and Shower but maintenance was very quick to respond. We were there for a softball tournament. Inside hotel was very nice and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only thing that concerned me was a large population of homeless but I never saw them coming on property.

If you want to make sure your car gets broken into or the exhaust cut off just park in a spot for a few minutes. There’s enough crack heads walking around they can strip a vehicle in seconds.

Trash and homeless people surround the property. $32 to park per night is outrageous . No buffet for breakfast. Expensive room service. Room was quiet and comfortable until about 6:30 am when loud trance music reverberated from the atrium.

But what I like is I was lucky enough to have a room that gave me the perfect view to watch a family of hawks interact. People at the Renaissance were helpful and very nice

Amazing hotel staff! Beautiful property! My room attendant organized all my things during her service; I was impressed.

Overall it was great. Only main concern was the cleaning staff did not knock and just walked in unannounced MULTIPLE times.. we wanted them to come in and take the trash however common courtesy would be to knock to see if anyone’s there before just opening the door, seeing someone saying sorry and shutting the door. This happened 3x - and I had a child in the room. Check out time is 11- there shouldn’t be a cleaning staff member opening up the door without any kind of knock prior to check out time. That was the only thing that didn’t sit right with me. Also the parking garage is extremely confusing. I asked the woman who checked me in and she gave me a voucher card for the weekend however there were no instructions or guidance on how parking was paid or tracked. Once asking a different staff member she clarified the Cameras were down for the weekend and my parents check-in details advised parking was complimentary that weekend (the woman that checked us in was very nice but when asking about the parking situation she said “I don’t actually know.” Which then prompted her to give us the voucher even though it was supposedly complimentary. Overall great place to stay just a few minor issues with cleaning staff not knocking before entering the room and the front desk not have clear concise information on important details in regard to parking. On Expedia it stated there’s a daily parking fee of $30 or $33 per day. Restaurant staff was so kind; food was okay.

Checking in was very easy to do. When we arrived at the room everything was clean and ready for us to settle in. Highly recommend this location.
