Beautiful Hotel, clean, frendly people, The Mexican Restaurant the food is the best in quality and flavor. No need to go eat out side the hotel unless you want to experience the city.

Dear (Hotel Manager) I am writing to express my concern regarding a series of incidents during my recent stay . The first night we notice that the door of our room wasn’t locking . Next day we change rooms. In our last nigh at around 2:am, my friends and I were suddenly woken by a very strong smell coming through the air conditioning system. The odor was so intense that it caused us to cough and feel unsafe , as we were choking . Thi was extremely upsetting especially at that hour, and it raised serious concerns about air quality and safe . I believe the hotel should be more attentive to the hotel maintenance of the air conditioning system . Some staf member suggested that the smell my have been due to fumigation , but regardless , guests should be protected from such exposure . I hope you take this matter seriously and ensure this doesn’t happen to other guests in the future Sincerely Sandra Screen

El Fiesta Americana Mérida es un hotel que necesita una remodelación total y completa. Las instalaciones muestran ya un desgaste evidente que no corresponde con la categoría que pretende representar. El servicio del personal es muy amable, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar, pero sinceramente no alcanza a complementar la falta de mantenimiento del hotel.

Overall, hotel was nice. A little far from Parque Central & souvenir store shops. About a 20 min walk or a cheap uber( $5 or less). Parking garage in the basement. You get a new parling ticket everytime u leave and it needs to be stamped by the front desk. Great delicious breakfast (separate cost).

Excellent. Only complaint is that the air conditioning system is right near the pool making it very noisy

This hotel is great overall, the layout including the location of the lobby is a little inconvenient. It is quite old and could use some renovations to give it some life.

Hotel staff, food and service is great. Some areas of the hotel and rooms are looking old and not kept up.

Everything good except the air conditioner in 2 rooms was broken after that everything was good
