This property is like trying to exist in an Escher drawing. Ramos up and down. Go up to go down. Room on the third floor took TWENTY MINUTES to get hit water on the shower. Breakfast was less than minimal iyou didn’t want a waffle and a hard boiled egg. That was what was on offer. It was half as expensive as anywhere else so there’s that. I personally wouldn’t stay there again.

I checked out shortly after checking in because of the cleanliness of the place. It was so bad even my kids were uncomfortable be there. The staff was helpful to check us out quickly after I told them I didnt feel comfortable staying there.

Total disaster and incompetence at checkin in.I did check in on line a day before and I thought all i have to do is pickup a key.Mr Patel at checki in told me that they do not have a room for me and i should call Expedia and make changes.Tried to call toll free # but Expedias system is not working

So I had originally booked a suite and specifically called two days before letting them know that I would be there at midnight and asked if I could check in. They told me I could, but when I got to the front desk, they told me that they would not have a suite available for me that I already paid for And that they would have to switch me rooms and on top of that my room keys did not work

Room was not cleaned, they charged me more than what i was told, there was no hot water, the A/C didn't work, and the door seals were non-existent so water and cold came through with every gust.

This was a last-minute stay due to poor weather conditions. The room was spacious, but not squeaky clean. Breakfast was your standard continental, including bagels, waffles and cereal. If you’re looking for a quick overnight stop, this hotel was suffice.

Very loud room! The toilet ran, fridge kept coming on and the a/c was ridiculously loud. The outside was shabby and the room wasn't great. Filly of sketchy folks.

Room was damp and smelled mildewy, there was no hot water when we needed to shower, no ice available. The continental breakfast was non existent. I was harassed about parking, charged a deposit twice. The parking lot had groups of homeless panhandling, have never had such a terrible stay with Laquinta. We would like a refund!

Place was disgusting. Bath felt like you were going to fall through NO water pressure. Grounds all had dog poop throughout. And yes, we had a dog and picked up her poop!

They didn't have the room I booked (king suite.) They said all they could do was two queens. When I got into the room, it was clearly two doubles, not queens. There were 4 of us, so I called to see if they could actually find a 2 queen room. They said that all they had was a king with a couch that would only sleep 1, and that even the king suite was just a king with a small couch in another room that would only sleep 3. They insisted that the two doubles were queens and they were the best option. The pet area was packed with cigarette butts and dog poop, had no bags, and the trash can was full of trash. At breakfast the next morning, the waffle batter was empty and there was nothing but some cereal (no milk), and half a loaf of bread (no butter, jelly, etc). As we were walking out to buy breakfast elsewhere, someone walked in with a whopping 4 bagels to restock. 6 people stood there eyeing them... Our bathtub had a crack in it that had a failed attempt at a seal, so we showered instead. The pressure was so high that it was painful. When we got out, we realized that the shower curtain was not waterproof, so the floor was soaked. That clearly had been a problem for a long time because all the tiles were just sitting on the floor, no longer sealed with any grout. The toilet also ran all night. When I went to check out, I asked if they could do anything for us on account of (see everything above). They said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't even waive the pet fee.

This hotel is not nice, major disappointment from the nice pictures shown. The tub had permanent stains, enough for me to not use it at all. Floor and everything seemed dirty and poor craftsman ship overall. Sketchy people hanging around and walking through the courtyard. Keep up all night, by other occupants making noise and yelling, leaving drugs on a ledge by our room. Do not waste money on staying here. Not a safe place. I would love to get my money back.

For the price it was good, between the system and the actual hotel there was some confusion as I booked a suite and when i got there they said there shouldnt have been 1 available. It is what it is but still a little sad about it
