We had a great time, the place is quiet and serene. The Flying V did not disappoint, I recommend the table side Guac with the filet mignon, so yummy!

Great location, beautiful property

This property is lovely, immaculately clean, and has fantastic service. While we were there, one dining/bar option was closed for renovation, but they communicated that several times so we wouldn't be disappointed. The property feels indulgent and luxurious but doesn't have the huge, majestic feeling of other resorts. Instead, it feels cozy (even though it's large), and the service was truly unmatched. I can't wait to go back when the Cascade Lounge renovations are complete because that space looks amazing.

The property is lovely and I think represents the best value in tat area...the spa treatments were good...but this is a property with a small spa attached, as such it's not a "spa destination" in and of itself. I would definitely go back.

This stay was one of the best that I have had in a while. The staff and accommodations compare to none.

Pools were infested with dead/alive bugs everywhere. Rooms not very clean, front desk sometimes were kind, and other days rude. For Loews this location was not up to a typical visit to sister locations. Only good thing was the spa amenities and the access to pickle ball/tennis was great. Did not meet my expectations for $1000 for 3 nights. Our room was so far from the elevator and there is only one elevator. Very small resort pool and the room was very small and old. When walking closer to the elevator there was rooms being cleaned and those were same set up but remodeled. Not extremely family friendly either besides a movie being shown. Will not return. If you are reading this review and want a family friendly experience and more resort feeling, I would check out the Westin La Paloma. Was wanting to give this place a try and will not recommend if you want family oriented and nicer bigger rooms.

We have stayed there before. We reserved a court to play tennis. Took us a while to find where to sign in to register. Finally found it at Lakeside Spa & Fitness. It was nice.

I had a great time! The only down was the service at the restaurant and bars. I was ignored and treated poorly.

Everything was clean and ready for our stay clean property great for a walk very enjoyable definitely going again soon
