Room was clean, but need TLC, staff okay . Breakfast not included. Parking was outside in another building not convenient in snow storm and same price of the indoor space? 25$ in a little expensive.

Great location, good infrastructure, nice staff, but the new management brought a real drop in service quality. Maintenance is chaotic. Revolving restauramt was closed. No room service. An iconic city landmark hotel turned into a charter hotel. Definitely not up to its past hlory

The rooms need a refreshing, the bathroom old and mold. Doesn't worth for the money paid.

The hotel has 4 elevators and the wait time every time we needed it was far too long. There was so much dust and grime on the hallway carpet and for 2days someone’s leftover food takeout was in the hallway. Our room - the floor against the window was ice cold. There was no outlet cover where wires to the lights, phone, and usb outlets were - not to electrical code. All of the outlets were beyond finicky or didn’t work so we had to charge our electronics and coffee maker in the bathroom! The shower had far too much pressure and the bathroom facet exploded with water, so when showering the water would fill up in the tub. Not pleased. We spoke to someone particularly about the shower and they came to fix it somewhat. Would not recommend this hotel.

The location is great, walking distance from old Downtown and surrounding areas. Room was spacious and staff helpful, however, too hot and noisy, bathroom could be updated. The pool is a great amenity for bad weather days.

We had an enjoyable stay just after Christmas. The hotel was a very busy spot at that time. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The view from our room was incredible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We read lots of negative comments prior to our trip and we were pleasantly surprised. If you are looking for a brand new modern hotel this is not for you.

Just all in all a beautiful hotel. Staff at the rooftop restaurant helped us with a table even though we didn't have a reservation.

La chambre était propre et bien située au 21e étage face au Chateau Frontenac. Excellent séjour.

The rooms were spotless, but the bathroom was lacking in quality. It was missing shampoo and conditioner, but overall, the location of the hotel is great.
