Location is good and in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to the Plains of Abraham Park and many local restaurants. The restaurant franchise within the hotel was very good for breakfast. However, the hotel is a fair walk from the town but close to the Parliament buildings. The decor needs refreshing, with electric points lose on the walls . The beds are made every day but perhaps staff levels are low as cleaning was basic. Our duvet was replaced when asked as the original was threadbare. However, the views of Quebec, the Citidel and St Lawrence River were unbeatable.

Atlist give free water bottles for the customer. Not like you have to take it from the vendor machine. Specially at night because you have to go out or get money from the atm machine that cost you more than $4 to get your own money and please add breakfast

Chambre en toute tranquilité, propreté et beau parc tout près. Stationnement trop cher pour l'état endommagé et pas certain de places...

Room 2201, an upgrade that I paid for above the $295 rate I had initially was just awfully in need of complete renovations, as soon as we opened the door we were confronted with one floor board that was lifted, the desk chair fabric used and torn, the sofa table with scratches, behind the bathroom door there was missing a hook but there was obviously one there at one point, the valet service is good, but $30 and it is clear that they expect a hefty tip to store the vehicle and also upon getting it back. We have stayed at the Le Concorde several times over the years but this is it, highly disappointed, worth no more than $149…never $300!!

La toilette n’est pas bien fixée au plancher, elle bouge quand on l’utilise en s’assoyant et en se levant! Pas très intéressant!

L’emplacement est superbe mais le stationnement sous l’hôtel est plutôt rare
