We had a room with 2 queen beds booked for 4 people. There was only one bed side table and one wall lamp in between. Only one of the two lights in this lamp worked. There should have been a bedside table on each side and lamps for each bed. The mattress covers did not stay on. Each morning they would come off revealing stains. The lighting in the room was poor. There were not enough wall outlets. There were only 2 cups for 4 people. Our garbage was only changed the first day of a 4 night stay. Our cups were also not replaced. We did not have a do not clean sign so the room should have been cleaned by default. The toilet paper also was not replaced. We had to call 4 times for toilet paper, emptying garbage and replacing cups. The hotel is old and has not been maintained. It is falling apart. There are not enough elevators. There were line ups going up all the time. The parking garage is very dark, and has water leaking into it. The spots are incredibly small. It is too extreme for what you get. The staff at the front desk were friendly. The location is central. Beautiful view from the restaurant at the top.

The room was ready on time and clean. Staff, really makes sure you have a great experience! Kinda quiet at night so, you will have a good rest. Expedia website is really intuitive so easy to find and book an hotel room according to your needs! The negative part is that hotel needs a big refresh of everything. Mattress not really comfortable, paint chips, burned light bulb, mini-fridge not working, Ice machine on the floor not working, stains on the carpet ... Will I book again or recommend this hotel? Yes... when your travel, the purpose is not to spend all your time into your room, just to rest and sleep.

Overall, I had a very positive experience at Hôtel de la Concorde in Québec City. The hotel is located in a very busy and popular tourist destination, yet it remains fairly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they meet the expected standards of a 3-star property. The location is truly fantastic. Most of the main attractions are within a 15-minute walk, making it very convenient for exploring Québec City without needing to drive or rely on transportation. Given the central location and the reasonable price point, guests should expect a high level of foot traffic and activity around the hotel, which is understandable for such a popular tourist destination. The food at both of the on-site restaurants was surprisingly good and reasonably priced, especially considering the hotel's central location. The service throughout the hotel was also very good. The bilingual staff were attentive, friendly, and supportive, which made the overall stay more enjoyable. The only minor issue was the noise level from the air conditioning unit in the room, which was slightly higher than expected. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and reasonably priced stay in Québec City.

Emplacement idéal. Stationnement au sous sol. Le cochon d’Inde est parfait pour les repas avec leur bon service et de pouvoir s’assoir dehors pour manger. Difficile à l’arrivée car place est limitée pour débarquer les valises. Beaucoup d’activités et de restaurants à proximité. On y va à chaque année depuis très longtemps
